Once Bitten Twice Shy
I bought shorts in April, the money was taken, but I received no shorts. I emailed Military Ops to query this but got no response, I also noted that their website was down. But I had paid using Paypal, so I contacted them, and then the shorts turned up. No despatch note, no receipt, and no explanation.
So far, the shorts are fine, but I won't be making a repeat order.

Marked As Sent But Not
"order before 1pm for same ay dispatch". You'll then receive an email to say your order has been dispatched. It hasn't. It's a ploy to make it seem like they're efficient. Tracking link on confirmation email is a dud. They don't respond to emails or telephone calls so you will be left to chase for a refund either through your bank or through paypal. not just for me. Please read the other reviews and you will see a pattern. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other sellers who stock the same products but offer excellent service and decent dispatch times. i wish i'd read the reviews first

Taken Money No Goods No Response
I ordered an MTP smock for my sons cadets . His size is difficult to get. Price seemed ok and I paid extra for 24 hour delivery.
Got confirmation of order and email stating shipped. The "link" to tracking went no where.
Money has been taken, no response to emails , phone not answered.
This seems to be a pattern as complaints go back years. How can a business like this survive?

Take your money and thats it. You get nothing but grief.
Do check out everyone else's experience... If it's positive, I bet the reviewer is related.

No Refund And No Contact!!!!! Do Not Order From Them
Military Ops UK - My stepson ordered a pair of shorts for £25 in XL in July for his dad as a gift (at the time there was no sizing for shorts in particular on line). They were too small. I returned them with a letter asking for a specific size. I received a response saying they did not have this in stock and would send on when stock was in. Despite 2 months passing and no replacement I telephoned several times but with no answer - I emailed numerous times also requesting a refund with NO RESPONSE! I am not letting this rest - why should this company keep £25 and the item?!. I have demanded an immediate refund to be received by 24th November failing which I would leave negative feedback. I have still not had the courtesy of a response and feel that 2 months is a long time to wait.. Moral of the story - ORDER AT YOUR OWN PERIL - IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM LOOKS LIKE YOUR STUCK WITH IT!

They Ripping Off Their Customers
I bought a pair of used Goretex waterproof boots but in very good condition at their ebay store. I asked a questions before purchase about the condition and the seller persuaded me that everything will be fine.
I got a total trash - boots are ripped, out sole is 99% warned.
I contacted seller and he asked to send boots back promising not only refund cost but pay for shipping back. Of course I did not receive neither refund and shipping cost and since that Militaryops is ignoring all my messages and email.
Stay away from this seller - they are ripping off their customers

Military Ops - As Dishonest A Company As You Can Get ..
I purchased an item from military ops on ebay. The item came but was not as described. I won't bore you with the item details. But suffice to say this company agreed to provide me with a refund if I sent the item back to them. I did so and then guess what they didn't refund my money. It was only a tenner so no big deal but it was the principle. Worth knowing is that this company if there is a problem with an order on ebay and knowing they may get 'negative feedback' will avoid it by stringing you along for 60 days until you cannot leave feedback as the time limit to do so on ebay elapses at this point. Once you hit 60 days they know you can't tell it like it is and then simply ignore you. These guys are more like dishonest travellers ripping off old ladies with shoddy workmanship than proper business type folk. I am very surprised with the amount of people they have ripped off many of them serving soldiers from the feedback comments left (over 60 negative replies in the last month alone on ebay) that someone hasn't rocked up at their business premises in Manchester and burnt it to the ground .... with them in it. If you are thinking of buying from these guys I would urge you to not. You may get lucky and get what you are after but rest assured people if you don't you won't get a refund but a lengthy runaround .......
Dishonest Practices.
I bought a pair of German military grade1 boots from the Ebay store. What I got was appalling. I received an absolute trash that I would normally put in a bin without a second thought. This wouldn't even qualify for a grade 3 in my book. I opened EBay case for a refund. The business owner talked me into upgrading, for some additional money, to a super grade class. Believing his good intentions I paid the extra on top of the initial price. When the boots eventually arrived, they turned out to be a wrong size. Since then the communication had turned from a "difficult"one to a "painfully difficult" one. Many emails later he agreed to swap the boots for the equivalent of a different size. Another wait...At this stage the dispute case had expired (over 30 days). Now the communication stopped altogether. Few days later, out of the blue a part refund appeared in my PayPal account. No explanations given whatsoever. Why didn’t he keep to his promise of sending me replacement goods and why part and not the full refund was made? Only he knows. I send more emails, pleaded, made a phone call (under pressure he said he would respond to my next email at once. As if he didn’t receive a dozen to date) - NOTHING! I send more emails...not a blink!!! I don’t believe he needed the money, not at all. He just had a good fun playing with people's emotions, especially when they became more and more frustrated with each unanswered message. The harder you try the more indifferent he became. What an unpleasant individual. Go somewhere else if you want to spend your hard earned cash. Don’t feed the CON-MAN who really does not give a toss about you. To loose £20 is not that much but its the principle that counts. Dishonesty should have no place in a legitimate business. One day he may regrete his bullish arrogance and, I hope, for everyone's sake, its soon.
