Awful
Ordered a cue on Saturday 16th November. Advised the cue was in stock. Ordered and nothing heard by thursday 21st- phone call and was advised there was an issue with the weight and my cue came out of the warehouse the day before and just missed delivery so would be delivered thursday and should be with me friday- monday. Called back friday and they confirmed it had been delivered and should be with me on the monday 25th. Phone call again on Thursday 28th as I hadn't heard anything. Advised again an issue with the cue weight as it came out of the warehouse and it was the wrong weight (although i was told the week before that it had been dispatched ) and it would be sent out on friday. Telephone call today (monday 2nd dec) who advised it was sent friday so should be here tomorrow- heres hoping! 16 days later..

Has The Company Gone Bust????
Placed an order for a case and a cue extension on May 19th. Tried calling numerous times and can't get through. Emails are not being replied to either makes me think the company may have gone bust and done a runner with my £60. Disgusted to be honest - like so many of the other reviews just the worst possible level of customer service. Hindsight is a powerful tool and I should have checked the reviews before purchasing I guess! Gutted.

Worst Ever Experience!
Without doubt the worst on line purchase I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a cue and for two weeks found it difficult to contact them and when I did get through, I was fed a succession of promises about delivery such as “ I posted it today and paid extra for Saturday delivery”. Absolute rubbish as when it did arrive the label was printed 4 days later.
Never will deal with them again!

Not sure if John Parrott knows how badly this company is run and he is a director if he does he should be ashamed. I was told I think your order has been dispatched but no email to confirm so I can not chase. They are not answering their phones, I have tried about 30 times today and emailed and left messages, so will now get the credit card company involed as a frudulent use of my card. Stay away at all costs.
Update, I was told that their phones we down on the Friday that I called but they think Parcelforce tried to deliver my package on that day, which I have no notification they were due to, so not the case. They said they put that their phones were down on social media but not their website !! They still did not contact me on the Monday, but Monday night at 9.30 I receive a text to say it will de delivered the next day, already brought another cue now, so sent it straight back. Still stay away.

Do Not Know How Jp Can Put His Name To This
Absolutely disgusted with this company. Family ordered personalised cue for my husbands birthday early May & still waiting. Excuse after excuse - waited in for 2 days last week as promised delivery but as yet no sign. Asked for refund & told not possible! According to website delivery should have been around 10 days maximum4'u - now heading for 6 weeks. Beware especially with personalised items.

Bought A Triangle End Of 2017 And It Was Delivered
Bought a triangle end of 2017 and it was delivered damaged. Have tried to get it returned without success. They did say they would send a part which has never arrived and now they don't answer any emails. This was for my grandson who has epilepsy and brain damage with learning disabilities.

Deeply unhappy with this company. I ordered a cue over 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. Phone is permanently on voice message and e-mails bounce back. Are they still trading?
