Useless! Don't respond to my emails, customer service not open when their website says they are, don't respond to emails in 120 mins like they say they do, say they will ship my order 'immediately' they receive my verification details which were sent immediately, and then took you a week to ship my order. Never again!

There are some excellent online golf stores and these people bring the entire industry into disrepute!

I placed an order with edwinwattsgolf.com in January of 2013 for some items totaling $70.98. I live in Canada so was presented with a shipping and handling fee of $37.63. OK … so more than 50% of the merchandise value but that's what I get for living in Canada. By the way, I have an address in the US so could have had it shipped there for much cheaper but for the simplicity of getting it to me, I placed the order.

The order was delivered promptly by UPS which was great. But UPS demanded another $21.98 COD for more shipping and handling costs - positioned as "import costs". Of course I paid it as I could only imagine what would happen if I refused. So I paid a total of $59.51 for a $70.98 purchase. If they had shown me that at the time I placed the order, I would have made a different decision.

I followed up with them but was more or less told by their customer service people that I got what I deserved and to suck it up - when they decided to respond at all.

My advice is that they should either show the true shipping costs or stop shipping to Canada.

A more empathetic response would have been nice. I'll never shop with them again.

My order was cancelled without notice just 5 minutes after I placed an order online. There was not even e-mail notification for the cancellation. I sent an e-mail to the customer service asking the reason for the cancellation, but it has been ignored. I will never use this shop again.

I was disappointed with Edwin Watts Golfs online service. I placed order on tuesday with next day delivery service, but until thursday i didnt get any update from them. when I called them on thursday, they said its sold out. what kind of service is this???? how come it said the stock was available when i placed the order !!!

Edwin Watts Golf phone customer service reps seem very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend.
