Website Looked So Legit Especially Being Based In
Website looked so legit especially being based in a physical shop. Over a month now and no order and communications are ignored. They just take your money and run- avoid at all costs
Do Not Trust
The told me my regulator would be delivered within 12 days. Didn't have the decency to let me know it wasn't coming. A month later the said they cannot get hold of anyone at the manufacturer. Still waiting for my money back. A dreadful company. Needs to go out of business

False Advertising
Very disappointed. Semi-dry suits advertised as "in stock". waited a week after confirmation of purchase. Chased by phone numerous times and by email, no response. Eventually spoke to someone to find out the supplier had not even made them!!!!! Fast enough to take my money but I now have to wait days for it to be returned and search elsewhere. The person on the call was not unpleasant and apologised but offered no explanation for DEEP BLUE's poor service and customer service, and when I asked why I had to call to discover this he responded with "you should have heard from us".
There are plenty of other diving stores to choose from, I would recommend considering those before DBD. Pity I have to give even a star in order to stress my disappointment.

Avoid As Much As Possible
I ordered online a couple of scuba diving masks and was informed that it was going to be delivered within 3-5 working days. After 10 days I phoned them to find out where the parcel was? They then informed me that the colours I chose were not in stock and asked me if I wanted a different colour. I said that I didn't care what colour it was and that I needed the masks immediately. I waited another 5 days for the delivery and guess what: when I phoned they said that they will send it the following day???!!!
Very very disappointing. No apologies, no communication skills, no customer service at all.
Shop somewhere else if you can.

I've ordered a couple of scuba diving masks online. After about 10 days I received an email saying that the colour I chose has been discontinued. I emailed them back asking for any other colour and guess what: no reply for another few days. When I phoned them they said that it will be sent in a few days!!!???

Deliver Wrong Goods But Do Not Care.
Have to agree with other reviewers about the very poor service. I ordered a pair of dive books. The wrong model of boots was sent. I emailed them about this but no reply. I needed boots for an immanent holiday so I reordered with a next day delivery surcharge, with the thought that I could resolve the issue of the other boots after the holiday. In the 2nd order the wrong model of boots was sent again! I phoned the shop, and after being put on hold for 10mins, was told that the boots that I ordered had been discontinued. So it seems they send out lower spec substitutes without asking the customer first, or even informing them. Avoid these jokers.

Ordered online only to have an email from them to say they had cancelled an order because of a "security problem". I phoned them up and not only could they not tell me what the problem was, but they would not resolve it. It was as if they did not want the business. I would avoid like the plague, probably the worst customer service experience (and most baffling) I've ever had.

Quick And Good Value.
Was worried about this website after seeing some negative reviews on here, but can't find anything to complain about myself! I found the BCD I wanted and it was at a lower price than any other website or SCUBA shop I had come across. Moreover I was able to get next day delivery for just £1, which was very helpful.
I was kept informed regularly by text and email about the status of my order, and was even given the precise hour which it would be delivered in, so no need to wait in all day. It duly turned up exactly on time, which was great, for just £1 extra it was an excellent delivery service.
I did my whole order via the website, so didn't speak to anyone personally, but overall I can't fault it, really easy way of getting equipment at a good price. Very happy diver and can't wait to use my new BCD!

Worst Online Dive Website Ever, Watch Out
I ordered several times with them. There are laways late and poor in communication. But the last time was the worst. I ordered a reg and first stage. They got it wrong between DIN and YOKE. Quite a basic mistake! I sent at least 10 emails and call several time. I am still waiting for an answer ... please watch out !!!!
