Very Bad Customer Service
The web site and products offered looked good so I decided to try out bronzemoonoutdoors. They have a good range of outdoor products at reasonable prices. So I decided to order an item which was delivered only after three weeks of order placed. The main issue was that it was extremely difficult to get in touch with customer services. I phoned them numerous times but the phone went to voicemail immediately. They also offer a Skype call option which I tried with the same result - voicemail. After some time they responded to my e-mail briefly informing me me that my item was still in transit (after two weeks). Then after a long wait my item arrived and it was much to my disappointment when I realised that I had been sent the wrong item. Then again I tried to contact them over phone and Skype and e-mail. Eventually they responded to the e-mail but I received no apology for the long wait or the mix up. I sent the wrong item back and was expected the correct one or a refund. Again, getting in touch with them to figure out what is going on with my order was an absolute nightmare. Approx. after a week they sent me a rather rude e-mail back saying the I had been incorrectly accusing them and that they had already refunded the price of the item. So I checked my bank account and the money had indeed ben refunded but the company had not notified me of it. Also, they never (!) refunded my postage cost for returning the wrong item to them. All in all, I am very disappointed with their service and will never deal with them again!
