Great Customer Service!!!
I had to get some last minute gloves and safety kick boots for a tournament on the Sunday. On Thursday, I dropped them an email explaining that I couldn't rely on postage service to get them on time. Had an prompt email back from Ken who asked me to give them a call. Following this, I gave them a call and Ken kindly told me what was and wasn't in stock. Unfortunately the kick boots I wanted were order in only, however, luckily I only have to wait a day for these to come in. Ultimately, I didn't experience the postage side of the business, however, customer service element was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely buy from again if I needed things with short notice because the shop is only 10 minutes from my workplace so is handy for me!

Hello! I made a pretty big order, on like 10 items last week. I live in Sweden so i realized It would take some time. I placed my order 26'th of september.
DIRECTLY after i placed my order, I got a confirmation email on what I ordered and whem.
Next day, I recieved a mail with a number where I could easily track my package, and see on what stage It is.
After only 1 day, they already sent my package, with an estimated delivery on the 4th of october (Friday) And I was very satisfied with the time frame and started to wait. Today, I got a knock on my door and the package had arrived, 2 days EARLIER than estimated.
During this whole process, all my questions were answered by a very kind and friendly worker at Boxfit named Ken.
My emails were replied to very fast, the phone support was great and the delivery time was beyond great!
6/5 stars if possible, I would without a doubt recommend this page to friend and clubs.

Not Good At All !!!
I ordered a pair of boxing gloves They took my money and didn't have them in stock.I waited over a week for a refund.Now they have done the same thing again with a pair of boxing boots.I should have learned from the first time i placed a order with them.They are not a good company !! Never again will i order from this company !!

Don't be put off by the bad reviews.
They're a good little shop in Essex and have shopped in store with them for years. It's a shame the few reviews they've got online have been from customers who haven't had great experiences but like someone below has said there's a tonne of people I know in the industry that have happily dealt with Boxfit but haven't thought to write a recommendation. If you're worried about their reputation all you need to do is flick on to Sky Sports and watch a Prize Fighter- they're plastered all over the place. And as for customer service- the lads are always a laugh. They know their stuff.

Purchased a few items from them over the last year, mainly in-store (but a few bits online when it's been more convenient) and have always received a good customer service when I've gone.
They are really helpful and always advise me on the best equipment for my level- even if it's been the cheaper option..! Bought some new training bands in there the other day and it was quite busy for a shop that is on an industrial park, yet they seemed to remember my face even though I hadn't been in-store since before Christmas. For all the bad comments on here I'm sure there are many more satisfied customers that don't bother to review them. Don't be put off.

Don't get all the negative reviews their service is excellent I bought a heavy bag from them and purchased extra chains thinking you needed to purchase them sepeatley. They soon contacted me and informed me that I did not need to buy it separately and refunded the money immediately they also enquired on how I was going to hang the bag and recommend a swivel which was actually needed but didn't think to buy. So ignore te negative reviews this is an excellent company with great customer service.
Should Be No Star At All
after 8 days of waiting my order is still "processing". They took the money and my item is not even despatched. No one is bothered to contact me. Never buy from Boxfit, they have no idea about sales and don't care about customers

This order was placed over our Christmas shut down period which is advertised on our web site during the Christmas period and why no contact was made until we returned in the new year.
Thats what happened to me ! I placed my order waited for 1 week then contacted them.They said "oh we havent got that item in stock ". but took my money !!!
Am still waiting for my £100 refund :((

What A Joke
Don't buy from them, they are awful, no communication, they only replied to my email once I told them I'd raised a paypal claim. They called me a liar and said I'd never asked for a refund ( I had twice ). They then told me it takes 48 hours for refunds to come through. I use paypal myself for business use and have had to refund payments, we normally do it within 20 minutes of the customer asking for a refund. Lots of promises and no result, even if you're thinking of buying from them don't bother not worth the time and hassle as they claim they offer fast delivery, yet I've waited 11 days and they still haven't dispatched, how does that work?
