I had the misfortune to order an pair of tracksuit trousers from this company 27/12/18 was informed on website 4-7 days delivery gave it a bit of time to allow for xmas and new year out the way emailed them no reply made various phone calls just kept ringing emailed again alarm bells started ringing about 2 weeks after date of order kept ringing and phone went dead thought they'd gone bust. Luckily I'd paid by PayPal who have been absolutely brilliant rang them 12/1/19 and relayed my story they couldnt contact them escalated the claim and I've just had my money back 30/1/19

Just wanted to say PLEASE do not give them your hard earned cash I presume they've gone bust as website is now down also even though the website was still up and running days after my phone calls were going dead

Just like to say to the owner of this "business" I'm glad you've gone bust and don't know how you sleep at night. I'm one of the lucky ones I got my money back but there's probably loads of people that haven't

I'd love to meet the owner one day face to face but guess he just hides behind his website. Maybe I'll have the pleasure one day

2 months after order made and money debited, item not delivered. Cant get a response from them when following up.

I’ve ordered 3 seperate tops from ACA two never arrived. Money was taken out of my account one month ago and it still didn’t arrive. I had to ask for a refund which was given quick.. however it was me who had to chase it up.. I wouldn’t order from them again. Disappointing..customer service.

Ordered Friday, shipped Monday, delivered Wednesday, very fast and reliable, people complaining about 10 day delivery failed to notice that the items they purchased had a 7-10 day shipping note under the item, it clearly states on the website that these items would not be received as early as items that have same day or next day shipping.

5-6 weeks after payment of order and still not received. After many many calls and being placed On Hold numerous times for 10mins or more we are still got nowhere with staff providing conflicting information each time and do not seem to care whatsoever. The order was placed on 12th Sept for 6no Nike training pant bottoms (a simple order) it is now 20th Oct. I would advise any persons thinking of purchasing from ACA that they pay a little more a use a more reputable company. We will be seeking a full refund.

Note to ACA: I suggest that you seek education in customer service.

Misleading delivery times. States 48 to 72 hours shipping when in fact it is more like 10 days as they have to order the items in before they ship them out to the customer.

Ordered adidas track bottoms they took my money after not receiving them sent email no reply .I then phoned them told me they hadn't received order but had took my money but weren't in stock and had to order them in from adidas. After another week they now turn up with no tags and a broken zip basically seconds.This was suppose to be a birthday present... Will not be using again

Ordered the correct size according to their website as it was the larger size to what all the shops state as I wanted the next size up. So when I get it it's the smaller size. When I spoke to them they said I ordered the wrong size. I said NO you are advertising the wrong sizes. I even confirmed this with the manufacture. Then they wanted me to pay for postage back to them even though they got it wrong. Very rude on the phone too. Please do not use these and please read all the review sites about this shop. I wish I had of done before I ordered. AWFUL.

I ordered goalie trousers for my grandsons christmas size medium they were showing as in stock, but got email saying not in stock so I phoned and told them to send small. I phoned again last week as I still had not received and was told by a female member of staff that I would have by end of the week. Still waiting! Phoned I don't know how many times this morning to speak to a manager and I am still waiting on call back! I have had stuff delivered from abroad quicker, they took the money quick enough. Next move I think is getting on to consumers advice. Will never recommend or use them again!
