Ordered trolley wheel covers at the end of November. Nothing has arrived and no e-mails have been answered, avoid them like the plague !!
Avoid At All Costs - Maybe Has Gone Out Of Business?
I ordered goods at the end of November. I have had no contact at all from 118 Golf, and there has been no response to my emails. You cannot get through on the number given for their 'customer service department'. I have raised a dispute with Paypal. Either 118 golf are going bust, or they are being run by people who are trying to fleece you. Either way - avoid.

You Would Waste Your Money. The Worst Online Trader Ever!
I bought a pair of NIke Golf boots in September, first of all it took two weeks to arrive, then found it was leaking water from the front after two days. Email sent to inform them of the problem, no response from them. Only when I threatened to return the shoes for a refund that I got a response telling me that they had sent my complaint to Nike and let me know once they hear from Nike. I waited a week, heard nothing and they didn't respond to my email. Don't bother phoning them either, the answer machine just tells you to email them instead! Another week gone by with more of my emails, they finally asked me to send back the shoes and they would get Nike to check it. I posted the shoes back to them the next day. That was the last time I heard from them.
It is now nearly two months, they have not responded to my emails at all. They didn't even respond to my letter two weeks ago, threatening legal action to recover my money or shoes. I don't know if they have gone bust, but I am in the process of taking them to the small claim court.
So please don't waste your time and money with this so called trader, you have been warned!

I ordered a Sun Mountain Clubglider Travel bag from 118golf, I have been trying to get an update from them. I have sent 6 e-mails NO response, I have tried calling the numbers available on the website NO answer. I have now raised a dispute with them through PayPal. BEWARE about placing any orders with this company!

Goods Not Delivered And Non Existent Customer Service
Ordered and paid for a golf bag for guaranteed next day delivery on 28th November.
So far no goods. No way to get through to their so called customer service number (the line says the mailbox is full). No response to customer service email. No response to a dispute I put in with PayPal who handled the order.
Absolutely useless. Just wonder now if they've gone bust!
Don't bother with this shambolic outfit.

They Do Deliver, But Don't Answer
Last Saturday I ordered 3 pairs of gloves for a good price (they had an additional 15% off) with a 5-7 working days delivery. Received them on day 5 so that is good.
However, as seems to be reflected in the other reviews, there communication is rather poor. Supposedly I should have received a mail when the parcel was shipped (didn't happen), I have apparently made an error in my password whilst creating an account, but the link "forgot password" hasn't send a mail yet (after 3 days) etc.

Don't Honour Promotions, Poor Packaging And Uncontactable
Don't fall for this company's email offers and onsite promotions - they don't honour them!
I received an email offer for a £10 voucher on spends over £50 and then saw an onsite promo banner for a free Titleist cap with any purchase of 2 boxes of Titleist balls so I ordered 2 packs (when I was originally intending to only buy 1) to take advantage of both offers.
However, when I received my order, there was no £10 voucher and no cap included or mention of it on the dispatch note. One of the packs was also cosmetically damaged because of poor protection provided by the outer packaging (just a sealed polythene bag!).
I emailed them, saying I would like them to either honour the promotions or I would return the damaged pack for a refund but they have not replied to or even acknowledged my email, which I sent over a week ago (they say to allow 48 hours on their website). When I tried calling their 0845 customer service number, I just got a recorded message saying "this mailbox is full". If other customers have had a similar experience, I'm not surprised!

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a pair of Footjoy golf shoes which were unfortunately the wrong size. Returned them within the refund period but received absolutely no acknowledgement from 118 Golf. It's now been two weeks since they received the shoes and I still haven't heard anything despite several emails sent to customer services.
Please do not waste your time and money with this retailer.

No Answer To Emails
Tried to order bag at end of October but could not enter address details so rang next day to explain problem, no answer just asked to email details, sent details of problem with mobile number to arrange payment direct, received call and they said problems with system and trying to rectify and asked to try again, still no luck ordering so emailed again asking to contact me, after more emails and calls not answered I gave up. good job I did not order anything with this kind of customer service.
Direct Golf have been more helpful trying to supply goods at a good price with far better customer service

Don't Bother, You'll Be Wasting Your Time And Money
I ordered a Ping DLX cart bag on 02 September and was quoted 5-7 day delivery. This came and went so I called their customer services line to find out what the problem was. They initially had no record of the purchase and then said delivery would be the following week. This came and went. They do not respond to e-mails and the phone lines appear to be dead now. Currently trying to resolve through PayPal. I will never use them again and advise you not to bother either.
