Great Until You Need A Refund.....
Dealt successfully with this company for about a decade until Aug 2017 - when I returned some faulty goods. Since then NO REFUND - countless emails telling me that 'their payment processor said I had my card refunded' but nothing ever appeared. Since Sept 2017 I have waited on each month's credit card statement as asked - still Feb 2018 - nothing. I have now under legal advice since the last month of having all my emails ignored - issued Pips Boutique UK with FORMAL NOTICE. Either they send me a cheque or I am - especially now I see am sadly not alone - I will take legal action. Looks like it may be the only way to get this company to do the right thing.
As I dealt with Pips for so long with total satisfaction it is with a heavy heart I say this but needs must... even if you feel your problem was too long ago the Sale of Goods Act (see the money saving expert's website) may prove you; like me; are not out of time. Just keep all emails etc & use all possible means to seek the redress deserved.
After Over A Year!!! Still Did Not Get A Refund!
After a order over a year ago I still didn't receive a refund of the money, all I get is excuse after excuse! I was even told 6 months ago that the cheque is in the post!! ALL LIES!! They stole my money after I returned the items in the correct way! So I wouldn't recommend ANYONE ordering from them! I'm not a Ex employee I'm just wanted a refund like they promise on their website

A great little find. I bought a lovely Flamenco dress for my little girl. It came straight from Spain and even included a free gift.
I will be back nearer Christmas for some matching shoes.

We Ordered A Pair Of Flamenco Shoes And Earrings A
We ordered a pair of Flamenco shoes and Earrings and necklace 10 months ago for my daughter age 5.
The shoes arrived late and were 2 different sizes we contacted the company and they did send a new pair.
In this time the necklace had broken - 2 months later the buckle on one shoe broke I sent the shoes back at their request and paid for the return of postage and to date what have we had -We have had a promise of a refund and then someone asking us if we had the refund as it was sitting in paypal unclaimed but that was just rubbish we checked and ...we have had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! NO REFUND NO SHOES......really Poor Quality items with no customer service
