Minnetonka Uk Do Not Use Them
. I purchased a pair of slippers for £107,00 before Christmas just as you described wrong sizing to big, I received a 10% discount on this purchase have sent them back for a size change but they won't do this they have to refund you then you re order. But now when I reorder I have to pay a higher price and this will be on top of the £18 postage for receiving and sending back and then resending. But the worse thing about this whole thing is how I was spoken to by James Peabody. He spoke to me in the rudest possible manner and tried to make me feel like an idiot. He is the idiot because I am next going to be writing a complaint about him. I told him in the end to stop speaking and try to listen to a customer complaining but he could not help himself even when I explained I would be putting a bad review on the Internet he said do as you like it does not affect us. Well actually it doesn't look very good does it James Peabody and further I would have still ordered the slippers without the discount but your attitude stinks.

Minnetonka shoes do not follow the UK sizing system. If you want a size 3, for example, they may be bigger or smaller than normal UK size 3s. They don't explain this in advance. The shoes sent were the wrong fit. This seems like a normal issue that a company would resolve with ease. Not Minnetonka. Their customer service is appalling - rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I had to force them to help me after threatening to refer them to Trading Standards.

I ordered a pair of moccasins, which were sadly too big when they arrived
After several attempts i managed to obtain them on the phone to ask for an exchange.They said they could only refund me then i could order again
I posted the shoes back first class and then after 10 days of failed phone calls and delayed emails they admitted they had received the shoes and they would refund me 'shortly' It has been ANOTHER 10 days and still no refund

Poor Level Of Customer Service From Minnetonka. M
Poor level of customer service from minnetonka. My shoes were too narrow so had to return them and obtain a refund. The website states refunds are processed in 48hours - mine took over 3 weeks! If you're unsure about shoe size and need to return your goods - don't use this company!
