all started well. then it went horribly wrong when i paid them to do Google seo work. they did a dreadful job i requested a refund and they were rude. They kept my card details on file. I told them i want no more trade and they took more money. I got the bank to give half of the money back for google seo and all of the money they fraudently took. lesson learned

salesmen= desperate and cant be that well off. everything they have is on finance according to my uncle

Firstly, I would like to apologise to everybody who have experienced awful service with this company. I formaly worked with this company for a few months & not for a single second did I enjoy it. They are all lying, manipulative excuses for employers & I would never go back. Coming from an inside source, I'd like to say how horrible that place is. There's so much wrong doings there & I'm so, so sorry, beyond words, to everybody who has had money, well earned money, stolen from them. Trust me, I hope they get shut down for good. I hated, absolutely dispised, lying to so many people, but i was desperate for money & felt like I had no choice. They sacked me this week, which I wasn't upset about at all. So, again, I'm more sorry beyond words to everybody who were manipulated by these horrible, horrible people. Please accept my apology & I am on your side.

similar experience to others on here, absolutley shambolic service and I have more or less resigned myself to losing all the money paid to them! Disgraceful conduct for company, fleecing small businesses out of much needed funds. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM AT ALL INCLUDING ALL THE OTHER NAMES THEY OPERATE UNDER, THESE ARE EASLIY FOUND WITH A GOOGLE SEARCH.

I agree with all the other bad reviews. I also got a random call from a salesman from their company. They printed me some cards but made them the wrong size. When I complained they tried to make me pay towards doing them again.I of course refused. It's been months and I still haven't received the new cards. When I call them they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. They also rang me previously telling me they,d made too many cards and persuaded me to buy them. So I have loads of cards the wrong size and have got no where with the company to try and change them or refund my money. This company should not be allowed to trade. Everyone needs to complain to trading standards. If they get enough complaints they should do something about it. If I'd have known what they were like I would never have used them.

Like most of the other poor companies who have been targetted by this company I had a visit from a representative who promised me wonderful new menus and takeaway leaflets.

He showed me some designs and said I would need to pay £100 if I wished to proceed, I gave him cash as he appeared to be very professional.

After a number of weeks we started to get some proofs via email, the first one just being a copy of my existing menu, which we were going to completely change. After a number of emails and phone calls, they told me I would have to have a seperate drinks menu as it would not fit. They asked for an additional £65.00, silly me gave them my account details over the phone.

I was told my balance outstanding was £185.00 and was asked if I wanted to pay it all, I said no, just the £65.00 - Imagine my horror when I found out they had taken over £300 out of my account and had attempted to do this three times.

Fortunately, my bank resolved this, but I am still concerned they have my account details.

Needless to say, like everyone else, I have not received anything.

Cold called then lied saying I asked them to call. Told them I was on TPS but then said they do not check that before calling. Tried to force a visit from one of their reps & were very insistent that they visited even though I told them it would be a waste of time for both of us.

So all I can suggest is AVOID.

Tried to block number but it was withheld - very professional!

I'm so furious I can hardly type!!! everything that has occurred to previous reviewers has happened to me, I wish I had seen these reviews before, but as the Salesman cold calls you don't get a chance. I'm currently over £800 down & no goods to show for it. My only hope is that I paid a balance by credit card and may at some time get that back. The intial deposit of £133 was by cheque, so guess its good bye to that. Next stop Trading Standards

All the bad reviews on here are absolutely spot on. They 'accidentally' print more than you ask for then try to charge you for it stating that theyre 'a big company who are unable to do such small runs' and should not have agreed to it in the first place as if thats my fault. They want an extra £300 for all these extra copies of brochures and business cards I do not want and did not order. I suspect its an absolute lie and nothing has been printed yet. Why on earth would I agree to take more without even being able to see whats been printed already?

This on top of £600 they've already taken (some of which was unauthorised) despite me having received absolutely nothing yet.

The issues we've had with them just go on and on from the man dealing with out order supposedly being sacked and what, taking all his work with him? Meaning to save time I had to re-design everything myself and send it over again. This was almost 2 weeks ago and I've still not had anything.

Even if I received the perfect order tomorrow I would not touch this company again. Terrible, patronising service, slow, and expensive. How they're still going I do not know. The product had better be absolutely perfect if I ever do receive it. Take the advice on here and steer clear.

Quite simply after receiving a cold call which worked as i did require new business literature. The salesman arrives and is brilliant at his job.

I for some reason decided to pay by my Barcalycard which saved me a massive amount of financial grief. The salesman was not keen in taking my Barcalycard details but i told him it was that or nothing. He also agreed not to charge me for the Barclaycard charges either. Which i was delighted with.

Within a week i received a barrage of calls from the office. They were quite good at this stage and persistent as they wanted to get the art work right.

Actually they wanted to take the next instalment.

Then i was informed they had over produced the amounts i had asked for so would i buy these items at cost price (which i fell for).

After this i never heard from them again. My Barclaycard bill turned up a month later for a couple of thousand pounds but no goods had arrived.

So i decided to contact them. The usual people answered the phone and i chatted to them but the conversation was short and brief. Basically they had never talked to me before or heard of our company.

At that point i was slightly annoyed and worried to where my goods were.

So a swift call to Barcalycard who stopped the transaction and froze the money.

I then reviewed the company and my jaw just dropped. How bad could a company be and still just lie under the radar.

A week later the goods arrived and the quality was okay.

So i informed Barclaycard to pay them as i didn't want to have anything to do with this company again.

But it didn't stop there. As they still had my card details they kept taking money from my card. It took me two weeks to get an invoice from them of which they charged me for the credit card fee and a delivery fee (which was meant to be free).

But that wasn't good enough as they had taken more money for the fun of it.

So Barclaycard cancelled my card.

Eventually i did get me money back for the fraudulent transactions. But i had to pay for the delivery which i just accepted and Barcalycard deducted the credit card charge as a gesture of good will.

So a massive lesson learnt. Always pay by credit card and always check the invoice for the extras you asked for like free delivery and no P/P charges.

TRADING STANDARDS, AND COMPANIES HOUSE NEED TO SHUT THEM DOWN.

Please note this review i have given was several months after the event as it took this long for me to calm down !!!

I truly fell sorry for anyone who did get stitched up and didn't pay by their credit card.

On the 20th January we order some letterheads etc and signed a contract for 3 payments of £120.00 totalling £360.00.

We paid them £120.00 on the 21st January and they then kindly took £492.00 from our account, I contacted the bank and was refunded £372.00 of this, they also rang us and said that they had over produced by mistake and would do us a fair price on the extra.

They are now saying we still owe them £372.00 which the bank are saying there is nothing they can do as they have sent copy Invoices(not the same as we have)

The bank say even though contract is signed for £360.00 this means nothing.
