Avoid Like The Plague!

We paid E-printing almost £500 for gift cards being printed for our company, OMG WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

There is a guy called Tim Owner/Manager who tried to tell me that our logo that I sent with the colour details attached was the same colour as the gift cards that they sent to us!? We signed off a proof that was completely different to what we received. After several e-mails, him hanging up the phone on me, stating there was confusion over our colour code and then admitting to E-Printing's mistake, they/he still wants another £80 from us to re-run the cards which he feels is "fair and reasonable" what a joke!! The worst mistake he made was sending me a different proof to the original one saying this is what you signed for, oops Tim.

Honestly the past week has been a nightmare with this guy. If you want stress, sleepless nights and agro you will get all of these at E-Printing!!!

I'm really disappointed I even had to put one star on this review.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

They Are Actually Very Great And Helpful!

I placed the order with them just because they are the cheapest one. But I was surprised they provide very good customer service. I placed an order on very late Friday, but I need my banners very urgently on following Tuesday. The sales person contacted me on Monday morning, (I thought they will tell me they can't do it), he said because when I placed my order the office has already closed so its very hard for them to reach the deadline, but they will try the best. Finally, their artwork and sales team sort out my order in a second and I received my banners in time. Saved my event. Amazing!!!

Never Again

I order a LOT of plastic cards and have been using e-printing since last year. In December I was left high & dry after an order turned up a week late.

I just made another large order for several thousand cards after giving them another chance. The proofs came thorough and there was a small spelling error. As they had the original PS files I asked them to correct it and send me the new proofs.

That was Monday, it's now Thursday evening and STILL no proof.

I've found another company. I sent them my artwork tue morning at 09:30, proofs were sent back to me at 10:15 AND it turns out they ate slightly cheaper.

If you have deadlines and/or value the image of your business, avoid e-printing like the plague.

Waring Do Not Use This Company!

My company ordered 5000 flyers from this company with a space theme. The flyers were professionally designed by a company we have used several times and had no problems before.

The flyers should have been black with white writing on a space themed background.We asked for a proof and it came back fine. when they arrived the backgrounds came out all different shades of grey and appeared with a very dull look.

Upon complaining to the company i was told that the artwork was bad and that black comes out grey. I expressed my dissatisfaction and how i found it hard to believe the dull grey effect that had varying degrees across the flyer print could be down to the artwork. I was told that and that i didn't know what i was talking about by a very rude person and started quoting small print regarding the proof and percentages of black on various scales and that they were unwilling to do anything further. As a customer i expected a lot more from a printing company.

I'm sorry but if the flyers background is black and the proof come back black you don't accept a grey flyer!!!!!!! As i was unhappy with the finished product I requested a partial refund but was declined.

To sum up, in my opinion the product was POOR, the service war POOR and the overall experience was POOR.

Buyers beware!"

I have just googled review's on this company to decide if I am going to use them - some reviews have put me off - so I'm still undecided - but I must agree with the guest comment below. I am a graphic designer of 14 years and black is a notoriously 'grey area' (pardon the pun). What appears black on screen can almost always print a washy grey.

The standard practice in design is to use what is called a 'rich black' which would actually appear rather blue on screen.

I shall take this review with a pinch of salt . . . .

Well actually if their Litho printed which they probally were then just because the colour is black on a computer screen it doesnt always mean it will print back.

Have you checked what CMYK values your designer used?

If you post them I'll check it for you.

I have used this company several times and received excellent quality and service. Although you do need to check your own artwork as they do not offer that service but prices are the best around.

If I Only Had Looked At The Reviews Before I Place

If I only had looked at the reviews before I placed the order.

They printed the barcodes much smaller then the proof the send me

My barcode reader cannot read it.

After jurking me around for a week they told me their proof is irrelevant since they print it in an "industrial standard" format, they refused to take responsibility. I received 3 orders all 3 had different size barcodes.

Just a waste of time dealing with them.

I placed a replacement order elsewhere since I do take care of my client.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

Just don't even bother dealing with these turkeys.

What A Shame - They Just Don't Respond - Even Thou

What a shame - they just don't respond - even though I have chased them daily by both phone and email. I paid for a 24 hour priority service and 6 days later still haven't received the item AND haven't even been told when it will arrive. Appalling. Steer well clear.

I Used Them Once Many Many Years Ago And The Exper

I used them once many many years ago and the experience was terrible along with the printed business cards. I have heard all sorts of bad things about them over the years, I am surprised they are still trading. Their work is shoddy at best, customer service is non existent. The only thing they have which is seen as a good thing is low prices but you get what you pay for and in this case you get poor printing with no attention to detail and dreadful overall service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere - yes you will pay a little bit more but at least you will get a quality product!
