I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and on numerous occasions was told that my items had been despatched I am still waiting for them. I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company unless like me you want to pay for something you will never receive

Please do read online reviews before place an order with them, the reviews are here for a good reason, DO NOT make the same mistake I made.

I did read some online reviews about them and thought how bad that can be. Then all issues people mentioned in their reviews were happened on me!!! No one picked up the customer service phone line; the emails replied really slow; asked for different types of files (to be honest all of these files they seriously can simply make themselves, it only cost them no more than 1 minute to make), I pretty sure they used this excuse to drag the process time; never gave exact date you can receive your order. So its one waiting game after another.

They have sagepay as third party to receive payment from you, no matter what happens, sagepay has nothing to do with the order. Not surprised why they don't have paypal as a payment method, or they might receive numbers of dispute on a daily basis.

Its been way over a week, still no stickers. DO NOT believe what they said online about the delivery time, when I was ordering it, it shows I will receive it in 3 working days thats why I ordered with them!

I don't understand if they can invest that much on google to make people so easy to find them (probably there are too many orders to do as they are doing so well on google, but this is not your customers fault! You pay google that much to get this much attention for purpose), but why not improve your service quality to get more new and return customers.

I will update see if I can EVER receive the order.

Beware of using this company. They use sneaky tricks.

We ordered car stickers, expecting individual car stickers (as we didn't order large sheets of multiple car stickers and can't imagine why anyone would ever need this). Instead we were sent massive sheets with 50 car stickers on them that we then had to spend hours cutting out. They were rolled up so tightly in a postal tube that they became creased and came away from the paper. The quality of the print also made our high resolution image look like it was Teletext.

When we called to ask why they'd sent them like this, as this production method was not made clear on their website or order page (where there wasn't even an option to ask for them to be cut out), they pointed us to a question tucked away on their FAQ page and the small print in their Ts&Cs. They might be legally covered, but do you read every line of the Ts&Cs when ordering jobs? We were left feeling cheated and need to spend hours of our time rectifying the issue.

Wish we'd seen these poor reviews before using them.

Where do I start...

1: they don't answer their phones

2: they make you email in problems to a generic address which takes days to reply with a VERY poor answer

3: my order is currently incomplete.

4: Part received 5 days late and part still not here.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. THEY SPEND ALL THERE DOUGH ON SEO AND ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER!!!

Avoid this company at all costs do not order from them!

Rang them emailed them did everything possible to get some communication!! But no they don't reply to anything!!

When they finally did they told me they couldn't find my order and had I actually ordered, even though they'd taken my money!!!

Asked for a refund, still waiting! Management is apparently getting back to me, but still waiting for them to get in contact!!

Have now been told I will receive it in 1-2 days, definitely believe that when I see it!! Complete joke!!

Ordered stickers on the 1st of October . By the 3rd of October the proof was sorted. Come the 8th I questioned where my stickers were, I was told the were due to be dispatched that day. By the 14 October when I emIled again to track the stickers I got another email saying the that because of relocation they weren't done. Still waiting for a refund as of 20th October, but bearing in mind the offer 1-2 days delivery I guess I can expect a refund in time for Christmas and no stickers. Pants

company and would never recommend a company that's obviosly run from the downstairs toilet in someone's house with no body to answer the phone.

i ordered my banner and paid 69.99. no answer and no response to my emails. . how can i report this, can some one advise.

i paid by debit card. how can i re imburse this money.

Beware, refunds take 30 days. I've been waiting now for a while and have the full 30 days to wait according to their admin dept. Not good and in my view, an unacceptable time period to wait for a refund.

I paid for "next day delivery" with one simple amendment and the order is now nearly 2 months outstanding

They refused a partial refund as they "started to make changes" - as no amendments were forwarded they were referring to the fact the email was Opened!

The proofs came in 6weeks later for the wrong label

Then the design team scuffed the amendment on date making the product expired (that was the only change needed by the "design team"

it has taken over a week to "print" even though they state on their website

Orders over £50 are delivered to you by next day delivery free of charge within the United Kingdom."

Did nothing about the time lag, no call and to top it off , their number is on a loop-outgoing calls only!!!

2 months outstanding! very annoyed, asked to speak with manager or ask manager to call. They respond "forward an email, we will pass it on"!

Will they tosh!

Terrible quality.

Company blamed me for sending RGB at 300 dpi, saying I should have sent cmyk at 600 dpi. At no point did they advise me I needed to do this. Stickers have been returned and they refuse to reprint or refund.

Don't use this company.

Terrible, rude customer service.

Lack of industry knowledge.
