Very Slow Dispatch - Poor Customer Service.
Made quite a bulk order on the 9th September 13, heard nothing for a week so dropped them a quick email. Although they respond fast they seem as clueless as I do, stating the item was not in stock (although still in stock on website) and they don't know when they will get their next shipment?!
I'm sorry but I run a business and for a company not to know about their own stock and deliveries... its terrible.
2 weeks later they dispatched part of my order with the remaining to follow.
It is now 25 October as I write and I still do not have my order from September 9th in FULL. Their email replies are hazy always stating will be dispatched within next couple of days... its now 4 days?
Not impressed and will certainly never use again, these items are urgently required but no urgency has been shown from this company.

Good Website. Terrible Service
I placed an order on the 5th. Order was confirmed on the 7th. Its now the 12th and have heard nothing. I ordered from several pet sites on the 5th. After reading the other review on this company I did not order the urgent items from them but gave them the benfit of doubt and still ordered some items. all my items had arrived by the 9th from the other pet sites.
This site advertises that it will take 72 hours to process and ship an order with next day devivery.
Im now chasing the order.
save yourself the stress and order from else where.

Intopets, More Like Intotakingorderand4weeksstillwaiting!
Hi,
After placing an order through there very well laidout and simple website, I kindly recieved and email confirming that my orders had been placed and that I would receive a further email confirming dispatch. Two days later this came through and money was taken from my account. It did however then note that one of the three items is to follow.......
4 weeks and counting I decided to email there supoosed Customer service/Sales contact. I simpily asked if there was a delay on my order (hoping they may have made a mistake and forgotten about it!!) to which a one liner replied saying "Yes, this is why we include the line ***this item will follow" and that they are in a back order.
Now I dont work in a customer service but the response was both unimformative and I also took offence that they think I cannot read! I kindly replied stating that whilst I can read and noted their line about the item was to follow, I would have thought that mentioning that orders are due to supply delays! Like most online sites if your item is not in stock then this is normally mentioned, as since I bought the products for my Dog's birthday which was a week away (delievery stated super fast 72 hours dispatch) I thought that I would have enough time.
Yet again the response was less than satifying and hardly simpathetic...."they do not know how long the back orders are with the suppliers however as soon as they know I will"
Frankly Overall service is poor and even though they communicate with paying cusomers they need to vastly improve their "intoperson" skills!
