We recently ordered a Ergohuman chair from Saxen. They didn't have the exact model in stock but phoned up the same day to confirm that we would be happy with a different model. They still managed to ship the alternative model within the same time frame as the existing one. Having experienced other furniture companies I can confirm this is excellent customer service. We would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered an office chair on Easter monday afternoon and received it just three days later. I couldn't expect better.

The customer service is very reactive. I contacted the customer service by mail to know the delivery date and in a second I got a call on my mobile to answer me.

The only minor issue I observed was that you have to sign up to the website before ordering, otherwise you won't be able to track your order. The link they send you after payment to track your order is useless if you haven't ordered using a registred account.

Saxen Office Furniture has fantastic customer service - really helpful. I was informed immediately for any minor detail which made my life so much easier not having to hassle anyone for my desk! When i placed my order the supplier to saxen went into liquidation - everything was resolved quickly though and i was kept up to date!
