It took 3 weeks for delivery. They could have phoned me but only sent text messages. They did not know what they were doing when I got through to someone on the phone.Not a good service.

I emailed the company with this news and a new gas lift was delivered to me within 48 hours. As it happens, that didn't quite fit the leg unit, and on emailing with this news, a new leg unit was delivered within 48 hours. It is impossible to imagine better service from an online furniture retailer.

I can't normally be bothered to write reviews, but the high level of service I received from Office Furniture Nation has prompted me to write this one.

I had decided to get a new office chair for my home computer. The Dams Sofia Lumbar Support Chair suited my needs and Office Furniture Nation had the best price. Best of all - delivery was free.

Once I had ordered the chair, Chris emailed me to ask when it was convenient to deliver (which was a bit of a novelty!). He then kept me updated every step of the way.

Although there was a slight glitch with the planned delivery date, I believe that the courier was probably to blame and the chair was delivered promptly at another time of my choosing.

Unfortunately, one of the chair components appeared to have been damaged in transit, but Chris quickly organised a replacement part to be sent directly to me from the manufacturer.

I decided to take the plunge and was not disappointed. The desk was of good quality and extremely reasonable for the price. Customer service was excellent.Shortly after placing the online order, I received a personal email requesting when I would like delivery, to which I replied promptly. I received a prompt reply comfirming delivery would be next day,at no extra cost. The desk was delivered by courier the next morning, as promised.

The only minor negative point: the panels making the desk were supposed to be numbered but some of the panels were missing the number stickers, which made assembling it a bit more trickier.

My only tiny niggle is that I would prefer a geographical phone number instead of an 0844 number as I do not have a land line and it is expensive to call on my mobile. Having said that, emails are replied to very quickly and they also have Skype.
