this is the same person who runs several other furniture companies...they are happy to take money but send rubbish and never reply to emails/phone calls...DO NOT BUY, you have been warned this includes other sites like www.cheapofficefurnature.co.uk they are all the same company..

No Refund Forthcoming

This Company took my money and, eventually, advised me of a possible delivery date - after several phone calls and emails from myself. Then, two weeks later they advised, by email, that they had no stock of the item. Now, 4 weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund. They do not answer their phone - which appears to be always on answerphone - nor respond to voice mail messages or emails. Their website is still on the internet. Maybe I was unlucky but then I looked at all the other negative feedback and realise that I am not the only customer who has paid for goods which either cannot be supplied or for which refunds do not appear to be forthcoming.

Terrible!

I never normally pay any attention to these reviews, however after calling and e-mailing enjoyfurniture an unbelievable amount of times in order to try and get a refund for the damaged TV unit they delivered (late!) I feel I have to warn others!

The unit arrived totally damaged on one panel and I have been unable to contact anyone at the company to discuss this and get a refund. They do not answer the phone number provided on the website and do not reply to e-mails. Not sure what to do next, will most probably have to contact my credit card company and see if they can assist.

Horrendous Company Do Not Buy From Them!!!!!!

Cream leather office chair delivered quickly- it was very poor quality and the gas lift didn't work. Too a number of emails to get them to collect the chair. Chair collected in June still trying to get them to respond to emails re refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wrong Screens Delivered/ordered Screens Never Delivered/order Cancelled By Seller/still Awaiting Refund

Saw the screens wanted as a birthday present on line with the correct picture and description.

Ordered two on 4th July 2011. Parcels arrived 13th July. Wrong screens!!

E-mailed supplier and told to wrap up parcels for return.Screens collected 19th July.

This was followed by an e-mail from seller informing me the screens ordered were being returned to Germany as they were damaged and asking me to reply to e-mail cancelling the order so that it could be passed to the accounts department for a refund.

Paid by debit card so refund is a simple accounting procedure.

NO REFUND FORTHCOMING TODATE DESPITE REMINDER TO THE SELLER

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASES FROM THIS SELLER.

Scam!!!!

I bought a desk from them last year. the website looked good, there were mixed reviews so i tried them out. £150 for a desk that never came! I purchased through paypal and not even paypal could get hold of them. because of this i am still in dispute with paypal regarding a refund. 8 months later, no replies to emails, telephone calls or 3rd party advisors. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

please do not make the mistake i did and be tempted to try. spend the extra £30-50 and go somewhere that actually delivers your items.

Collapsed Chair

Bought a chair in Feb 2010, Cost was nearly £200.00 Please be aware I am not overweight or anything like it, sat on the chair on Monday 16 May 2011 (a year and 3 months later) it completely collapsed - the metal base having sheared off into several different pieces, I was left nursing a few nasty bruises after hitting the floor hard.

Contacted the company immediately to report it also sent an email detailing everything with photos. I Was told would hear within 48hrs, since then notning no reply to my email, calls are just ignored as it seems the phone is just cut off as if they know I am calling.

Enough is enough it will have to be dealt with by my solicitor now as i am Disgusted with the customer service and poor products, please dont be fooled into buying from here, a nightmare company!!!!

Maybe I will finally get a response if they are summoned to Court.

If you need support if and when you take them to court, I would be more than happy to join you! Haven't actually received my goods yet, phoned a million times and no one picks up. The 5* reviews I believe are bogus! I am nearly £600 down and I have no chairs! Think its all just a big fraud scandal!

If You Look At All The Reviews Below, You Will Not

If you look at all the reviews below, you will notice that they give either 5 stars or 1 star, with nothing in between- I strongly suspect that all of the 5 star reviews on this site are bogus and have been desperately written by the firm's owners or employees. One reviewer states that she visited a showroom that does not actually exist! I strongly advise that you avoid this firm or you will end up in the same situation as me and many others- credit card charged, product is not subsequently delivered, then phone calls and emails are ignored. Like others I eventually issued a Section 75 and retrieved the money back through my credit card company- but I would obviously have preferred to avoid all the stress and hassle that this firm have put me through in the first place.

Avoid This Company. No Replies To Phone Calls, Not

Avoid this company. No replies to phone calls, not even from their main `corporate` number, where callers are told that they cannot leave messages. I see other customers havce had the same problem.Money has been taken from my credit card, but no subsequent contact of any kind. I suspect a failing company, which is no longer coping with its orders. It doesn`t look good.
