Bought a pedal from their website which was marked as being in stock. Money was taken straight away via Paypal.

Then nothing apart from an email receipt. Emailed them three days later asking what was happening and they said they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't have for 3 weeks. Cancelled order and asked for refund, and now it's taking 3 or 4 days for the cash to return to my account.

I've bought from just about every music tech outlet around over the years but Sounds Live are bottom of list the for their poor customer service. Once they've got your cash they couldn't care less, it seems.

Avoid.

waited a whole week to find that they have not even shipped, bad attitude on phone, and even hung up on me.

web based sales are now becoming very hard faced.

I've purchased an rme babyface for 389 and after they deducted the money from my account, they came up with an address issue, telling me that the only delivery address will be my billing address. It's absolutely fine but warn me BEFORE the purchase and not after the money has been taken... Now I'm left without the item and still waiting for the refund since 2 days. No money, no item.

I purchased an Ex- display Alesis DM7x drum kit on line for £150 less then cost of a new product. I actually Received a brand new unopened drum kit. I then spoke to the company to be informed they had sent a new kit as the one I had ordered and paid for had been sold previously and they honoured my sale. That is fantastic service plus free delivery was included all in all a great experience. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I was offered a good discount on a Guild Acoustic by another dealer so I sent an email asking for a price match.

Price was not only matched but beaten so I ordered the guitar.

It was delivered to me just after lunchtime the next day.

Great service rom start to finish.

I wasn't sure which vocal software it was which would be best suited to myself but after many talks with the staff at Soundslive, we decided upon the Antares Auto-Tune Vocal Studio 7 TDM Plug-in Bundle and it was absolutely the correct choice.

I am particularly impressed with the Harmony Engine Evo feature and comes with with AVOX Evo which is also excellent to use and essential!!!

Overall, very user friendly and my pro tools has had a massive upgrade. Thank you very much to the people at Soundslive, I will be returning very soon!

placed an order which was showign as in stock. After 4 days I got a call from a girl saying a mistake had been made and the product was no longer in stock. I decided to wait as the price was a good one, but after waiting the allotted time (and more) i got another call saying my product was ready to go but was going to cost me an extra £80! I refused to pay the extra and i was told it was a 'special order'? which apparently means they could charge me a restocking fee. I refused again, and was put through to a man claiming to be a director, who was rude, arrogant and at no point helpful.

Needless to say, I have reported sounds live to the relevant watchdogs and will do my utmost to make sure no one I know buys from them.

Good prices, but no way value for hassle received.

There are loads of companies that sell music gear online in the market and their pricing are all pretty competitive. What I felt Soundslive was a head above the rest was their customer service. OK, other companies I bought from in the past offered pretty good customer service, too, but it's always been "hit and miss" (a mixture of lovely staff and unfriendly staff) to me. But with Soundslive I spoke to at least five different people on the phone in different departments and they were ALL very pleasant and helpful. I must've been an annoying customer trying to get a product to arrive in time for a gig, but they were all very good to me. In the future I am willing to buy from them even if it meant I am spending more money.

I needed to exchange an unwanted item and received a speedy, friendly phone call to help me with the process. Although I had left it too late for a refund and could only get store credit, the staff at SoundsDirect helped me out a great deal, and allowed me to keep the credit with them as long as I needed. Thank you!

Having been outbid for a Gibson Songmaker, I started looking around for an alternative and boy am I glad i did!

Delivery a day earlier than expected and the guitar in perfect condition, beutifully set up and sounding great.

This is my first purchase from Sounds Live but it certainly won't be the last!!!
