Send a number of Samsung Note screens to be repaired, constant delaying tactics they had the screens for weeks, then when they returned the screens as they claimed they could not source the parts, the screens were broken and damaged where they had attempted to fix cracked digitisers using LOCA glue and new digitisers, they had clearly failed their level of technical ability is extremely poor, do not trust this company with your devices. The other reviews here speak volumes about the poor service you will receive from We Fix Mac, AVOID!

Avoid like the plague!! These are the worst bunch out there.........with straight face they attempted to charge me £129 to supply & fit a Macbook pro hard drive lead 20 mins work, £30 retail for the lead. Never, ever again!!

you should avoid this company,the quality of there work is so poor,look like they don t know what they doing,after they did t glue the screen properly,i brought the phone back to them,they say it was find,and the staff was horrible

Sold me an iphone5 digitizer without an LCD connector, emailed them 3 times without reply. Opened Paypal case, they lied.....lied......lied...and lied again, then they opened a case against me!

Never again.

I purchased a battery off this company for my Iphone 5s, installed the battery in my phone; it burnt out the power source in the phone. My phone is now a paper weight , I had the battery and phone inspected by Apple technician and the battery was at fault.

They noted it was a very cheap battery , on loser inspection it had black tape covering the serial numbers on the battery so I presume it is a refurbished faulty battery out of somebody else's Iphone, I would take a guess in saying the numbers should match , IMEI and your Battery Serial number.

I have since had to buy a new phone , I asked this company for a refund just for the price of the battery but a get out clause for them is to ask for the battery to be shipped back, no doubt to be sold on again. But it is not viable for me to send the battery back as the shipping will out weigh the cost of the battery.

Destroyed my phone and out of pocket, I tried to contact them via normal channels but I had to create a paypal dispute to receive an answer!

Avoid at all costs!

Found this company on the website, as Apple had quoted me £200 to replace ipad mini cracked screen. The website gives you the impression that they are a large, reputable company. I took it in personally to the strand branch and was slightly disturbed by seeing that it was just one guy in a basement office. I felt a little uneasy leaving it with him, but he assured me it was fixable and would be done that afternoon, so I was obviously delighted with that! When I returned, he said it was going to take a little longer and would be ready for me the next day. I gave them a couple of days and went in and it still wasn't ready. He told me he'd ring when it was and so I left it for a few days... which turned into weeks. I never got any communication from them and had to chase myself by email or phone. Each time I got a different excuse as to why it wasn't ready. Finally they stopped answering the calls and emails altogether and I have just received my ipad mini back in the post, 2 months down the line without any covering letter or information. But it's not working at all, even though it was when I dropped it off. At least I haven't paid them anything for it, but I'm so dissatisfied with their level of customer service.

Replaced phone glass which lasted 3 weeks then disintegrated as they fake parts and charge £££ 'labour' do not use them unless you want your device RUINED am in process of taking to small claims. Original company was dissolved in 2012 that tells you all you need to know about Mr Morin's business scruples!

Only use approved genuine repairers this company take your money for nothing and give zero after service. Beware you have been warned. Don't be fools buy their discounts it will cost you more to get your device properly fixed buy professional not them.

asked to repair ipad 3 had it for 4 weeks then say they have lost it then it turns up not fixed try to call keep hanging up the phone then become very abusive would never use or recommend again i can see why they get bad feed back.

The web site looks as if there a big company but it cant be the way they treat you.

My Ipad was repaired while I am waiting and it works well since then.

Called in and asked about if they fix YLOD on a ps3 I was told yes not a problem was quoted a price and agreed to that!

I just happen to be working near their office so dropped it off personally in its original box and cables and booklets (bad idea).

Was told it would be done for collection the next day so was over the moon with that! Turned up the next day to collect my immaculate 60gb ps3 that's just been fixed !

Oh no .... It wasn't fixed because some lame excuse so I was like ok I will be driving by next week so will it be done then "YES" I was told!

still no calls from them to say what's going on and every time I called the person I needed to speak to was out or in the middle of fixing something.

I turned up a week later as agreed and still not fixed and will need to order a chip which will take a few days to arrive and cost me more so now just getting P'd off at this stage I just said fix it!

But you will need to courier it to me as not going to be in that area anymore.

5 weeks later still no calls from them this is now 6weeks from drop off.

I get passed from pillar to post and back again no one able to tell me what's going on!

At this stage I am about to blow up !

I get promised a call back and guess what no call back a week later I call again and speak to the same person whom promised to call me back and he said again someone will call me back within the hour.

I did receive a call back by Steffen who was the original guy I spoke to 8 weeks ago about if the can fix my ps3 and guessing he's the director, he said we no longer fix ps3 and will need to send my ps3 back free of charge.

When I received my ps3 it was packed in a courier box (not the original box) and with no cables or booklets

Not to mention the state of the ps3 it's scratched and broken not even put back together properly. After a phone call speaking to Steffen again he's asked me to put it all in an email so he can sort it out. I live about 2 hours away and said to him I will just come down to sort this out as I know emails with companies like this will just get put to one side !

I would not recommend this company unless you want to be messed about and break your goods! This isn't the first time I have used them but even the last time the iPod wasn't put together properly and I sorted it my self !

Ill keep everyone updated on what happens next with my ps3
