Terrible, Uninformed, And Incredibly Slow Customer Service

If you're not interested in customer service and only seek to receive a product in a timely manner, then this website will be satisfactory. Most of the reviews on this site are likely people who have not had to deal with their absolutely horrible customer service team. Though they are polite in a cookie cutter, everyone gets a please and thank you type manner, they have absolutely no regard for you as a customer nor do they care about how valuable your time is.

Every single email I sent to this company was replied to after a wait of 20-48 hours despite me sending almost all messages during their operating hours. Essentially they know they can waste your time as long as they politely tell you you'll have to wait 1-2 days for a reply. You will send an email regarding an issue that can and should be solved by a customer service representative on the spot but instead they say something along the lines of "I'll look into your issue and get back to you, please wait 1-2 business days for a reply". It took me over a week to get them to send me a hidden link (there is no way to access this part of their website on your own) to their return request form. This was AFTER going back and forth with their service team about an extremely widespread issue regarding a lot of Huawei mate 20 pros where the screen has a distinct green tint (search 'gluegate' and you'll see endless coverage about the issue). They're team recommended things like a factory reset and ignored the fact that I had already determined the issue to be hardware related and obviously the same issue that countless others had documented experiencing themselves on the internet. Are you telling me they hadn't once received a return of one of these devices? Are their employees that I'll informed that they can't do a simple Google search as I requested to see how obvious the issue is?

After making my return request (as stated before, I was well into my second week of talking to this company at this point) I waited another 3 days before they gave me a simple 6 digit code and a return address so I could send them the faulty device at my own expense. $50+ dollars in shipping later and the device was confirmed by tracking to have reached their return facility 5 days ago and I'm still waiting for my return to be processed. I sent an email yesterday asking what the issue was and this morning I received yet another reply stating someone will "look into your issue, please wait 1-2 days for us to get back to you".

This company is absolutely terrible and has NO qualms about wasting your time indiscriminately. I sent them nearly $1000 for a cell phone that looked like a child used a green sharpy all over the screen and have been waiting the better portion of a month for a process to be completed that would take a competent return specialist all of 5 days to complete (with 4 days being reserved for international shipping).

DO NOT BUY from this company unless you are 100% certain you won't be dealing with their service team. Do your research on the phone and if there are any common defects or issues with the model you're interested in, then I STRONGLY suggest you find a different website to purchase from because their service team is absolutely terrible.

I have bought iPhone X from them and received the device as opened without the original Apple plastic sealing. They even refused to pay for return shipping fees even though it was their mistake. They also delivered the device late after two weeks of the promised delivery date.

They didn't even compensate for giving me an opened device.

Payment Made, But Won't Ship Because They Need A Tac Code

Even though the payment for a BlackBerry phone was made, plus priority shipping via FedEx, the company refuses to ship the goods until I have send them a TAC code number. This is a number that gets sent to my phone through the "Verified By VISA" process, I enter it into the appropriate spot on their secure paysite, and the payment is authorized by VISA. The code in the meantime expires. I try calling, nobody there to answer the telephone. I send an e-mail explaining all this, and get an answer a day later that request that I send photo ID, and my credit card number!!!

The payment however was debited to my VISA account the next day, meaning they should also have a record that payment was made. They still won't ship unless they have this requested information, and this is, get this: For the security of the customer.

So, I'm out the money, have no phone, and nobody with whom to address this issue. What a lousy way of doing business. Never again...I wonder who submitted all the good reviews....

Overdue Item, Call Not Answered, Waiting For Email Reply

At the time of writing I am waiting for a delivery that is 4 days overdue despite paying additional charges for next day delivery. If the item is not in stock then the website ordering system should be sophisticated enough to prevent people from ordering stock that the company does not have. I have emailed the company and had no response apart from an automated email. The telephone number on the website is not being answered apart from a message saying no support is available and to send an email. Furthermore, there are no order cancellation details on the website so despite having paid for an item I have not received, I have no means of contacting the company and therefore cannot cancel the order. I may have to contact the credit card company and put the transaction into dispute.

Haven't Received My Phone

I made an order of Google Pixel XL on October 25 (two month ago), and the site showed that it would be available on October 29. I paid £724.15. During 2 months they have been shifting the expectation date. And now I'm still waiting for my phone... They take your money, use it, and don't deliver the purchase.

bought the phone for £ 600 but the company until today had not sent me a bill with a serial number. I sent 8 letter with req of receipt, unfortunately, they ignore my all post. (All post was send first Classic sign for). Customer service does not want to talk with the customer after the transaction. Ahhh No words, no morals, No quality and No value!!!!!!!!!!!!. The company is based on the credo of "client have to buy, pay and when money are on account Please back off" based on selling without any value or building a good image of the company. I do not ever be using the services of this company and I advise you to think about before you do.

Free Phone Chargers!! Still Waiting...

I bought the Nokia 930 and included with the order wwere two free charging plates. The phone arrived the next day, and no porblems with the phone at all. I love it... But! I didn't receive the free charging plates which were offered with the purchase. I phoned up and they told me that they would be sent separately.. So I waited a few days, they still hadn't arrived so then I emailed them. The reply came back that I should have them within 2-3 working days. A week has passed and still no sign of the chargers. I know they were free, but if they were promised with the order, I should receive them. I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever get them.. I think it is a deal from Nokia anyway, so they aren't going to loose out. So just beware if you are ordering the same phone.

I Got Charged, Never Got Goods, Had To Ask For Legal Help.

In July I purchased a Motorola Moto G from them from the Czech Republic, paid by a card. They apparently sent the parcel via Roal Mail (I got the tracking number), but it got lost on its way - so it wasn't neither their fault nor an intentional fraud from the beginning. Fair enough until this point.

When I contacted them after a while they told me the delivery may 'take a few weeks' Then I had to exchange dozens of e-mails with them with no tangible result - they admitted the parcel was lost but didn't want to give me a refund. I even had to send a written statement I never received the thing etc... to cut things short they seemed to have bet on me getting tired of the whole thing and giving up (I remember sometimes having to write more times to get a answer at all).

Luckily an EU customer protection centre helped me out and I got my money back.... after 9 months.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

No Issues Here, Just Great Value!

I am always a bit suspicious of a great deal - they are sometimes too good to be true. So when I found Unlocked Mobiles I did as much research as possible, checking the web for reviews etc.. Having established their credibility through this I phoned them up. Spoke to a guy who gave me as much time to talk to him as I required - something very rare these days. I was reassured.

So I ordered my HTC One M8 (great price) and it came next day, mid afternoon. I had checked with them for delivery mid morning - once again they reassured me it would happen.

When the item came all was well. Okay - its white box but who needs the box anyway. No instructions but the web is full of Youtube videos. No tool to open the sim slot but we all have paperclips. No headphones but I always trash these straightaway as they are always sub standard. It did come with a charger which is about all you need.

Extremely happy - would you again and would very much recommend.

Fantastic Windows Phone

Brilliant service and delivery. Easy to make purchases online. Product description is spot on. Staff are on hand if you have any questions. Ordered my phone at 2pm in the afternoon and received it exactly 24hrs later. I recommend them for unlocked phones and have already recommended them to friends and family.
