Bought JCB headphones,after a month of use it was broken.
I contact the orange accesories team,and i have been told that i ned to sent item beck to them using FREE POST(DONT DO THIS IN ANY WAY WITH THIS DODGIE COMPANY)
i sent the broken item,waiting two weeks no reply,then they ask for proove of postage,i sending prove of postage,they confim that they recive the item,and they sad that the item was replaced and dispatched back to me.
Waiting Another two weeks no item,emailing to them again,they sed NO ITEM HAS BEEN FOUND IN THE BOX
Free post not responcible for any looses or damage
Finaly i lost my £20,and month of time for emailing

Avoid Item Never Received , No Replies To Emails.
Ordered the CYGNETT IPHONE 4 case, never received it, delivery time was estimated to be 5-7 days, but actually after 28 days it still was not with me. I sent 2 emails to them , they never replied. Dodgy company. I should check reviews earlier.

Great Product, Great Price, Great Service
I needed a bluetooth headeset for my car and after a lot of searching on the web, i found this jabra jawbone after some research and talking to my geeky freinds they said its one of the best around and for 30 pound they consider it a steal. I ordered it and the delivery was amazingly quick and the product looked perfect and works brilliantly. I would highly recommend orange accessories to anyone !

Ordered the CYGNETT IPHONE 4 SNAPS DUO CASE, never received it, delivery time was estimated to be 5-7 days, but actually after 24 days it still was not here. E-mailed and called all through that time and they said I must wait till the 22nd day till they were able to call Royal Mail. When they finally did they said it was my fault since I never signed for the delivery. I'm at home every single day from 9-5, along with an elderly family member who is always here even when I am not. Even then there was no note to say they had dropped by but no one was home. Then when I called another agent they said that Royal Mail 'lost' the package. Then after another e-mail the agent said that if I should wish to have the product, I can order AGAIN and very rudely stated that perhaps I should place an address that I would be at to sign! Excuse me, talk about bad service. Just order from Amazon instead. Not worth the aggravation.

Was Much Cheaper Than Anywhere Else. Ordered Monda
Was much cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered Monday moorning and arrived Tuesday with free delivery. Satnav is really good and has voice recognition which helps whilst driving. It'll also pair with your bluetooth on your phone and act as a handsfree so well worth the money.

Avoid them at all cost.
The item I had ordered had not arrived. Royal Mail has now classified the item has lost since it has been more than 15 days. According to royal mail the tracking number, they have provided me, does not exist!
The support staff do not want to listen to me and they are still trying to find the package. They are not sure where it is. They are arrogant, rude and unhelpful.
I have now requested a refund but they refuse to answer me on when I will get the refund.

Avoid At All Cost, The Product I Bought Was Not Wh
Avoid at all cost, the product I bought was not what I received, spent the next month trying to
1) arrange collection which didnt happen, so I sent the item back
2) trying to get my money back.
They made a mistake on their website and instead of informing me they just thought they send me the incorrect product. They never answer the phone and when you do get through they give you wrong information!
In the end I emailed the CEO of Orange, they immediately got somebody on the case and even they had trouble contacting 20:20 mobile which is the company that runs orange accessories.
To cut a long story short, I eventually got refunded, but I wasted a lot of time and not even one hint of compensating me for the increase in my phone bill for calling an 0844 numerous times.
I hardly ever leave reviews, but I thought Need to let ppl know what this companies about!
Same story here, goods never delivered and getting only false assurance for refund. Its been nearly now three months. Avoid them at any cost before they dupe you.
