Appalling Network Coverage

I am so fed up with the Club mobile network service. I have tried Club Vodaphone with very little success and then they suggested I change to Club O2 which was great for the first week and has now detiorated again. 80% of the time I have no coverage and emergency calls only. In addition, for the first time I used the Data facility and whilst I am supposed to have 100MB a month and my phone shows that I have used 82.5MB I got a warning from Utility Warehouse that I had used £10.00 of data and was in danger of incurring a large bill. This is nonsense.

Sold Me An Orange Tariff That Orange Didn't Use An

Sold me an Orange tariff that Orange didn't use any more! Was told I could change the tariff after 9 months - when I went to do this guess what - that's right I couldn't. I missed out on receiving cashback because I requested this a day late.....why...!? Could have taken them to court for maladministration but they refused to supply me with a copy of my original request so I couldn't. I requested this info under the Freedom of Information Act but they just ignored that request! Will NEVER do business with them EVER again!

I Was Contacted By Club Mobile Via My Existing Pho

I was contacted by Club Mobile via my existing phone and the persistent saleswoman that called knew the contract offered was excessive, but placated by ensuring any problems would be expertly dealt with. My problem was being stressed and taking a contract after being stuck on the phone with a sales assistant for almost an hour listening to all kinds of personal stories, having BT engineers turn up to the house in the middle of it, all whom I was unable to deal with, due to this woman. After a couple of hours I rang back to say it was a mistake and I didn't want it, I was not confident about the product and service.

A second woman told me I could not do this as it had already been sent. She advised I ring back once the item had been received.

I rang back once the item was received to be told the woman I had spoken to the previous day was the only one who could deal with it, and she wasn't there. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, I was informed the woman I was speaking to was her supervisor already. She refused to deal with me or give me the information I required to return the product, so I asked to speak to this particular woman's superior. After around 5 minutes of arguing whether she had a superior, she informed me in between whispering to someone else, that her superior was not there either, and basically even if they were, they would not deal with me either.

Only the woman who I had spoken to previously about cancelling would be able to deal with me as the system on my query was locked down to her, yet other people could access my details.

The woman tried talking over me to the point of making me very angry, I had to inform her several times (yes, by then I was shouting) that I was actually talking and she was required to listen before answering a question that she hadn't listened to. I had felt pressured into buying, I found out also from the sticker on the box which said 'contrary to information within you package, your handset which has been delivered by mail is already activated and will be ready to use on the Three network within 72 hours'. I was not informed it would come activated. When I queried this, I was told that Three was contacted and activated and sent the phone, this was all within a couple of hours of the initial saleswoman's phone call.

So now I have a phone I do not want, cannot afford, will not use, and no address to send it back to because I'm waiting for a call, whenever she decides to get back to work. I have to pay £16.80 (was informed £10.00) plus P&P for the return, plus it's already activated so I am assuming I have to pay line rental too for the days it is in transit.

The service so far has been beyond abysmal, I would not recommend this company to anyone who requires any level of professionalism.

I Bought Two Money Back Contracts With Club Mobile

I bought two money back contracts with Club Mobile. I was supposed to get money back 8 times and I got it just twice when I faxed them every month's bill, not just quarterly. I have never seen such a bad service from any company in the UK.

Club Mobile advised me that I would need to post quarterly bills, which I have done, but apparently I should have kept proof of postage so now no money back, SCAM.

Do Not Fax Your Claim To Club Mobile As They Will

Do not fax your claim to Club Mobile as they will deny having received it!

Send it by registered post!! That way you can check it has been delivered and when. Return your claim in plenty of time. Club Mobile seem to make their own dates up.

I totally agree with this review. I was never informed about having to send or fax my bill within 28 days to obtain my cashback. Basically Club mobile make a lot of revenue by refusing to pay peoples cashback. I have taken legal advice regarding this matter and have been told that unless you were informed on inception of the contract they cannot inforce a 28 day time limit. Therefore I have just advised Club Mobile that unless I receive my cashback with 28 days I shall be commencing legal proceedings and I would urge other people to do the same to stop Club Mobile doing the same to other people. I too have had the phone put down on me many many times when they cannot answer my questions, well enough is enough!!!!

I Agreed To A 12 Month Contract Of £40 Per M

I agreed to a 12 month contract of £40 per month with Club Mobile. Club Mobile were to refund £20 of this each month. I have had the contract for 12 months and have not received one refund, despite numerous telephone calls and emails.

I have posted invoices every quarter, in line with the agreement, but they say they have only received one lot. So instead of having a refund of £180, I have not had a penny. They say I am due £60, and I am too late to claim the rest!!! It is six months from when the £60 was due to me, and I have still not received it.

I Got A Good Full Rental Refund Deal On A £4

I got a good full rental refund deal on a £40 per month contract from Club Mobile. Refunds were due every 3 months on a one year contract. I received the first payment OK, but there were major delays with the second repayment, and I could not contact anyone by phone. I wrote to the chief executive and got a response within 48 hours, and my second payment within a week. I have just received my third payment on time. I hope the fourth will be OK! Apparently, there were problems due to a new system being set up in South Africa. My brother also has a contract with these guys, and his most recent cashback was processed OK too. Maybe they've sorted things out!!

I Went Into This With My Eyes Open. I Knew It Was

I went into this with my eyes open. I knew it was a new contract not an upgrade, as the sales team said. 1-0 to me so I thought. What a deal; a new phone and 1/2 price line rental for a year! But wait until you try to claim it back from Club Mobile in January. I am still waiting, and I have made phone calls and sent emails, still no money. I have now been told they have no bill sent by me in January, even though last time I phoned the premium rate customer service line, I was told I would be paid at the end of the month. I did get the £20 for using their sister site (I thought 2-0 at this point), but now I'm owed £120 pounds line rental, so I suppose they have won 2-120. It was not the cheap deal I was hoping for, and yes, I read all the forums too, so I knew the risk.
