I purchased a diamond eternity band for my wife shortly before Christmas. I was a bit apprehensive since I had never bought from the website, though I did do some research. We received the ring promptly and it looked very nice. My wife loved it. However, in March, my wife noticed that one of the diamonds was missing. I had such a great experience with Wedding Bands Wholesale. I ordered a ring from them and though the quality was great, I didn't like the looks of the ring on my hand so I sent I planned on returning it. I didn't realize that there was a 15% restocking fee (my error - it is written on their website, as I noticed after the fact) so I decided to try again (the restocking fee is waived if you place another order with them). This time I spoke on the phone with Ronnie and he helped me verbalize what I was looking for. I chose my ring, he started making it so it would be ready by the time he received the first ring back, and then sent it to me, all within about a week and a half. I was blown away by the ring - it is gorgeous. It sparkles and it fits perfectly and is just what I wanted. It also looks more expensive than it was so I feel like it was a great deal. The craftsmanship is superb, the diamonds are high quality, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely order with them again.

ps - I gave "quality of website" a four instead of a five rating because I would like to be able to do a search by type of ring rather than SKU number only as it is currently designed. Also, it would be nice to see a picture or a video (as I've seen on other jewelry sites) of the ring so you could get a better idea of how it would look on your hand.
