The Worst Company Ever Ever Ever. Beware!!!
I have never come across such an unprofessional company in all my life.
Their customer services are SHODDY. They RIP YOU OFF with prices. When a problem arises, they leave you hanging on until after 7 days???? then they say you cant return anything. Constantly ignore my calls and refuse to refund or replace...
DO NOT EVER GO NEAR THIS SHODDY COMPANY.
Think Pink Stink!!!!
Very unprofessional. Called on Thursday and offered an option for Canon Cartridges at £500+ (!)
I said I was busy and to call Monday. Girl offered to set up an account and I said 'No, Please call then.'
Monday morning arrives and a box is delivered via courier containing a handful of ink. 10 minutes later girl calls and claims to be wanting card payment for it! I told them I wanted NO ACCOUNT. NO INK. To which she said I did request this. I told her I had 2 witnesses who heard the call and she went quiet. (Surprise surprise) Asked to speak to manager and was pushed from pillar to post. Am sending ink back with no postage. Disgusting company with no idea of the real world. Will threaten and try to manipulate you, so my advice is: As soon as they call, put the phone down.
Wasters. Would give them 0 stars if I could. :-/
Awful Customer Service
I ordered dell cartridges of think pink, i was sent cheap rip off instead but asked for originals when making my order to one of their sales advisor's.
I hadn't received my delivery within a week from placing the order, I then went on to ring their customer service line to ask them to replace my cartridges for originals like i asked for ... the customer service advisor I spoke to became very rude and wouldn't replace them until I sent them back for them to be checked ( what happened to customer's trust.
also to buy originals I was charged more than the going rate in Tesco and when the parcel arrived the cartridges where damaged, which then I was told i had to pay for the replacements when i hadn't even had them 5 Mins
I would advise anyone wanting to order with this company to think again it was a massive regret that i even wasted my time dealing with such a rude team of people, i have now gone back to my regular user ... what was even the point in believing in the lies there website told.
Use Them? Don't!
Came across Think Pink articles on Epson printers and really only phoned them for advice. Stupidly was not so cautious as usual, partly because company is fairly 'local'. I decided to try 4 compatibles for the first time on my latest printer. Total price was clearly stated for quote 'premium' cartridges together with p&p cost. Both invoice and cartridges came very quickly, the only plus. Quite a shock, VAT 20% had been added and the carriage also higher than quoted. I spoke to an accounts person who agreed to credit an amount (unspecified!) to my card within about 2 days. They had retained credit card details so I asked for these to be deleted after my refund. This has not been done so far. Have now looked at their website and can't find these 'premium' higher cost cartridges listed anywhere (2 different packaging) and p@p appears to be free! A case of misleading hard selling by 'Think Pink Cartridges'? but please beware.....
Complete Joke!!
After receiving an unsolicited call from this company in April I made an order of some compatible ink, as they quoted a price far less then I was currently paying. Delivery was prompt and so was the invoice. I then noticed that on the first item I had ordered the price on the invoice was £28+VAT more then I was quoted by the sales girl.
I telephoned and e mailed to try and rectify this (as I thought at the time) simple mistake. Oh how wrong I was, after 3 months, they had sent me 7 more duplicate invoices, 3 statements and a copy CCJ. I had rung them 6 further times, had the original quote confirmed twice by the original sales girl, I also paid for the correct items on the invoice. They still chased me for the WHOLE amount of the invoice.
Finally for the first time, today somebody has actually called me, making out she has tried to get hold of me on several occasions - she hasn't. Apparently the sales girl is now on maternity leave so nothing can be confirmed!! And I have been offered a £5 discount.
Quite frankly this is a joke, I will pay the balance of the invoice, less £5, as I can no longer be bothered to deal with such a ridiculous and inept company.
Do Not Buy Anything Of This Company!!
I was contacted and asked if I wanted to save money on printing costs. I told them I used HP cartridges and they asked me what I was paying for them and they said they could give me 'original packaged HP cartridges' at a much cheaper price and sure enough it was cheaper than what I was paying. I agreed to have 5 sent to me and was given a cost for this. I did not agree however to pay in case the company was a fake so they agreed to put this on account. Two days later I received the cartridges but they were not HP cartridges they were 'compatible' ones but my printer isn't able to recognise these so instantly I phoned them to return them.
On their invoice they note that an authorisation number must be requested before returning the cartridges or a 50% surcharge will be taken. When phoning they have no intention of providing this and continue to pressure sell stating that they will swap these for original HP cartridges when the costs are no cheaper than buying them from your local high street shop.
I returned the cartridges anyway and have since received an invoice looking for 50% of the costs. I have reported this company to trading standards.
Do not entertain this company - hang up when they call. The company should not be in business.
Atrocious
unsolicited call promised Branded cartridges at under £10 a cartridge (HP) with aminimum of £60 in an order
we said no thank you
A few days later we got a large package full of cartridges with a value of £123.06
The cartridges were HP compatable NOT branded anyhow
Opening the invoice sheet we notice something printed amongst gumph at the bottom stating 'All returns are subject to a 50% re-stock charge unless a RAN number has been obtained from Customer Services'
I called and emailed and got nothing despite speaking to some very rude and nasty people.
Looking at the trading standards website it states: '
Cancellation charges
Traders are not allowed to charge you for cancelling the contract within the
cooling-off period.'
I have as yet not heard from Think Pink regarding any of this but I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy as they obviously do not have a clue about trading law
Shoddy Service
DISGUSTING! RUDE! TERRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! rip OFF! mis sold PRODUCTS! hung up on twice by a so called manager never ever ever use this company if they are the last ink supplier on EARTH.
Big Trap For Customers
We have ordered only 2 cartridges to try in our business and we received 2 sets of 4 different printer cartridges. We call them to arrange return, Nothing happen after a week we received second order which no one made and then third order with a invoice of £1300 to pay for first order. We call them to arrange return and they said its by mistake and they will arrange return. we then received the legal action notice from them to pay full £1300 for first order and threatening calls that we have to pay for everything otherwise they will take it to court.... spoke to Dee their HR manager has no sense how to talk to customer and in a very rude way she asked are you paying or we take legal action against you... Well you can't force anyone to pay for something which they never ordered. And yes we did use two cartridges which nevered worked properly. totally avoid this company, rubbish customer care, no control, worthless product...
Avoid At All Costs!
We purchased some ink cartridges in October 2011, some of these were faulty so we returned them and as we were not all that impressed with the quality of the print we asked for a refund. We were told that instead of a refund they would replace these with originals at the same price which we agreed to. After a few months we received a statement showing just over £16 outstanding which was the price difference between the compatibles and the originals, i contacted them to explain these should have been at the same price and assumed this would then be all sorted but received a statement showing the same for a couple of months afterwards. I called on numerous occasions to explain the same again until we didnt receive any more statements. Then March 2013 i received a statement showing this £16 with a notice of legal action! I called again and then sent an email following this up the very next day - which i had no reply to. Then two weeks later i receive a letter with an invoice attached with costs over £140 showing legal costs and solicitors fees. I called three times on that day until i spoke to someone in accounts (i found all of the staff very rude) the girl i spoke to was not apologetic she listed dates they aparently called and said we asked for an extra couple of months - this was all lies! They agreed to credit the £16 and i have asked for written confirmation of this to avoid this happening again in future - lets see if i receive it! I will never deal with this company again and would advise everyone to steer clear.
