This order is the first time I have used plumbtraders.

I ordered a waste for my shower tray that I also bought, the next morning I had a call from customer service to say that it was included and I didn't need to purchase the extra part. This was completely without prompting. They then got my item ready for delivery and it was with me the next morning.

I would say that companies these days are too quick to take your money and hope you don't notice. I would not say this about this company,

their customer service is friendly, knowledgable, professional, and proactive rather then reactive in looking after customers.

Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others who've not used them before.

They claim to price match but when confronted with a cheaper price on another website they refused point blank to lower their price, claiming free delivery as an excuse. I asked if 'free' delivery was therefore included in their price and they said NO! I cannot understand their logic.

Would not bother using this company, I would rather pay a bit more and use a company that honours their promises.

Having been given inaccurate information by one of Plumbtraders telephone sales team I returned my order expecting a full refund. When a month later I'd not heard from them, I called and received a partial refund about a week later. Annoyingly, it was for just over half of what I paid for the item. An email enquiring about this was ignored forcing me to call them again. Plumbtraders claim that their policy is not to give a full refund as they have to cover restocking and other administrative costs. They still refused even after I pointed out that this was in breach of Distance Selling Regulations.

I can understand the error in the description of the product as I don't think they hold any stock but just act as a sales agent, but I'd advise against using them as they can't be trusted if anything goes wrong.

Ordered a boiler which was a great price and quick delivery within a couple of days. This was the first order and noticed on invoice that delivery and billing address were the same. Turns out that you can't have your first order delivered elsewhere. Not mentioned on website when ordering only on confirmation email. The boiler was being delivered from the local plumbing centre so we contacted to ask if we could collect it rather than have to wait at the wrong address for said boiler. They said it wouldn't be a problem as long as my husband could provide ID (the order was in my name). Late that day my husband received a call from Plumbtraders where the woman was quite rude and said it wasn't possible for us to collect as it clearly states on their website. I could find no reference to this. It does state that they couldn't always delivery to alternate addresses but said nothing about it not being possible to collect it. We thought that it would a. save then the bother of deliverying and b. save my husband the fruatrtion of waiting in for a delivery all day. Apparently this to prevent fraud and even though my husband can proove through numerous documents that he is who he says he is and lives at teh billing address this was not good enough. Another website was a couple of pounds more for the same thing and would have delivered to our new address no problem - should have spent the extra and saved myself the hassle

Ordered one radiator, with 48 hour deliver time ....

had to ring a week after to follow up why no goods were delivered, just to find out suppliers didnt send it yet , and i had to wait for one more week!!!!!!!!!!!

no one even bothered to let me know .......

asked for refund , not seen it yet, will have to go to trading standards for help...

BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I cancelled my order since the store couldn't deliver it on time. It's a month later and I'm still waiting for a refund. I phoned sales three times and every times they ensured me they will handle it. They haven't so far. They don't respond to emails or messages sent through the form on the website either. Terrible customer service.

Couldn't find a better price, Brilliant Service, First Class Delivery, Cannot fault! Well Done Plumbtraders - I know where I'll be heading for when I do the next rad!
