Ordered A Few Items, After A Week No Delivery Or R
Ordered a few items, after a week no delivery or response from the company. Rang them and was told they were out for delivery and i would receive them that afternoon. That came and went so rang the following morning to be told that they hadnt even been dispatched! Some items were out of stock so they would send part of the order. When the order arrived 5 of the items were cheaper inferior products than what i had ordered, but as i had a rush job on i didnt have the time to wait for an exchange so i let it slide. After a month still no response or sign off the other items so emailed them, where they informed me that i wouldnt be having the item and that id have a refund, (disgraceful customer service). Here we are a week later and still no refund. If within 48 hrs he money is not returned i will instruct my solicitors to contact them. Anyone wanting to buy pay a little extra and get from elsewhere.

Slow delivery and excuse after excuse. Again no stock of the items I required, but did not say this on the order form.
Part of the order received initially after a week with no delivery note or email stating when the rest would be received.
Seems their telephone is either constantly busy or jut left off the hook, always goes onto answer machine and nobody calls back.
Yes it's cheap, but that comes at a cost.

After reading reviews about out of stock issues, I checked stock availability by email before ordering & got a reply within the hour. I ordered the item (Skim & Fill) & again I got very quick confirmation that my order had been processed. Ordered Monday afternoon & arrived Wednesday morning, all at a price significantly cheaper than Amazon - very happy customer!

My second purchaise with tooltray as I can only find the iteam from them. My first order took lots of calls and weeks for delivery.I'm still waiting for the second delivery. The job I needed it for finished!If you whant somthing cheap and can wait a long time to get it delivered and find out where they decided to deliver it to then it could be a good idea otherwise dont bother.

the angle grinder i`ve bought was working fine, but when it`s gone and i have send it to repair, I hear nothing from them allready for 6 weeks.
so if you think you do not need any service to the item you planning to buy go ahead. but if you need a warrenty with the item spend a little more with any other company and savef the agro you will have with them!!!

An 'online Only' Store. Accepted My Order Despite
An 'online only' store. Accepted my order despite many items being out of stock (their online system doesn't have an 'out of stock' status). Didn't hear from them for a week, cashed them and they said "sorry, some times were out of stock", delivery next week". Next week came and went, same story. Next week they promised to despatch on Friday for delivery Monday. No responses to emails that week. Surprise: nothing arrived on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. No answer to emails until I contacted their parent company. Their prices are good - maybe too good: their service is dreadful, their delivery - in my case - non existent.
Not had my delivery and not answered any e-mails. Who is the parent company for tooltray.com ?
