Bought a Smeg flueless Fire which never really worked properly. It packed up completely in November within the warranty period. It is now January and the fire STILL hasn't been replaced. I'm very disappointed with the extremely poor service I have received. I will not be buying anything from these people again.

They were very reluctant to take responsibility initially and I had to wait weeks for an engineer to come out.

Still no replacement fire and no date given despite numerous telephone calls.

Avoid at all costs!

Bought our fire in August 2014 together with the home survey, my card was charged straight away but the engineer could not come to our house for a month. After being fed up with that all we managed to arrange a visit. then it turns out the fire can be fitted so now we had to wait another two weeks for the fire to be delivered as the model we bought was out of stock (!!! although the payment was taken at the beginning of August) very frustrating! The fire finally arrived at the beginning of October but it was fitted by another gas engineer, we could not deal with another phone calls etc. We were promised a refund for the home visit for the inconvenience and delay caused but still no money in the bank although already two emails were sent. Wish me luck.... The product is good (so far) but the service and company is terrible! Do not want to deal with them again.

Excellent advice and service upon visiting showroom. Good follow up with home survey - then nothing despite contacting sales dept twice, phone calls not returned etc. Therefore I wouldn't recommend this company for this reason.

I'd been looking for a new wall mounted gas fire for ages. I don't have a chimney but I wanted that old house feel of a burning fire in my lounge when I got home from work. After a search, I came across Superior Fires and was very impressed with the range of wall mounted fires they offered me. I always thought that I would miss out on that lovely warm fire because of not having a chimney, but I am very impressed with my buy and would recommend the products offered by Superior Fires to anyone. Great service and delivery as well. My delivery was free which is always a bonus!
