27th march place order for 52mm bung -dishwasher part. supposed to come by courier, Friday 4april phone to enquire -part not dispatched yet- told to expect it next week! The machine is sitting usless waiting and i paid good money for packing/delivery. You just lost a customer -never again.

rather pay a few quid more for decent service an dthat will be elsewhere!!

I ordered a part for a catering oven (best price i could find) only to be phoned back saying that it is not available but to call another number where it is available. The price then shot up by £400 !!

To be fair the girl that rang back was very apologetic

Disappointed they advertise the product and took payment only to withdraw yet offer it from somewhere else.

I ordered a kettle and received a confirmation email. However a week went by and no kettle arrived. I phoned the customer services and after being cut off several times I eventually got through to speak to someone and was informed that someone had rang and spoken to me to inform me that the kettle was now out of stock. I never received this phone call!!

Quick internet search showed Redsale to be the cheapest vendor for the item I needed. It was delivered the next day, properly packaged.

Red sale, their website said stock available. After one week of waiting there was no news, when contacted, they say that it is out of stock and wont be avail any more. It is frustrating after a wait of one week, with my dishwasher still without the power cable.

I had to find a simple part for my Whirlpool dish washer called a rubber bung (52 millimetre in diameter). Purpose of bung is to block a hole in the casing which is presumably for inspection purposes. While I could get it from a number of suppliers their prices were absolutely ridiculous, especially the manufacturer. I placed my order with Red Sale and received my part two days later (on a Saturday) My only criticism is such a small part could have been sent by normal mail rather than a courier thus cutting down the overall price significantly. Apart from that I would use them again.

Web site good, prices good, and all three items arrived quickly, although in three separate packets, which seemed odd for such small items.

The goods were sent by Wolsey (plumb center etc)

Unfortunately, I ordered an incorrect item (though I am not sure how-but that will teach me to read the order acknowledgement in future).

Since then I have emailed at least five times to see if I can exchange the unopened item but I have had no reply. I don't have time to waste phoning them so the part will go in the bin and I recommend do not to use Red Sale if you might want a bit of after sales service.

I tried to order a Sebo K1 vaccume cleaner from the Red Sale Co website but after entering all my details and selecting the buy now I didn't get a screen asking for payment only a screen asking if I had more phone numbers so they could phone me and take payment. So no twait ssl security then like is says on the website. I didn't like the thought of someone Ive never done buisness with phoning me to take my credit card details. Could be anyone. Also I had no idea how much it costs to phone their 0845 number. So I emailed them with my concerns and asked if there was a problem with the website an a alternate number. As someone else pointed out. They don't respond to your emails. I decided to pay more and I ordered from trusty amazon merchant (BA Yeomans & Son). Your covered by Amazon payment protection. Ther service is fantastic, No one is phoning you for your credit card details and they send emails. I had no worries with my payment and My Sebo K1 came the next day. Worth paying the extra £20 for the peace of mind and excellent customer care.

The girl on the phone was helpful and friendly. She explained that I must register online and she must phone me back, I told her I had no internet, so she did it for me-then called me back.

I placed the order at 9am on Monday, they sent an email confirming my order and their despatch, and the vacuum cleaner arrived Tuesday at 12.30.

I couldn't ask for more! Apart from - it was the best price I could find!!

After being contacted by phone the item was not delivered when arranged [never delivered]. I was continuously unable to get through by phone. Constantly told that my call was important - 0845 number probably premium rate!! E-mails sent were not replied to. The postal address on the web site, when checked the company had no knowledge of Red Sale. I eventually cancelled my card. I am thoroughly digusted by my treatment and my any comment is - Buyer beware.
