Good price,but let down by goods not arriving and not answering emails/phone calls.

Placed an order with oneclicktools at the begining of December and 4 weeks later I still have not received anything from them, not even a reply to the emails I have sent to their customer service asking about my order. I doubt that they have even read them. I have made a claim via PayPal that I used to pay with and they haven't even answered to the claim.

I have been shopping online for over 7 years and have never come across a company as bad as this one and I wouldn't order anything from any of the Oneclick online companies as they are all owned by the same people (oneclick.co.uk)

Avoid dealing with these amateurs.

I ordered an expensive piece of surveying equipment on 6th December 2012, which was urgently needed for work purposes.

Website intimated goods to be dispatched 24 hours after payment.

No delivery by December 20th, plus in the intervening time...NO replies to messages and queries.

AND...as of yesterday...19th December...website and all links are inaccessible !!

Thank heaven I paid via Paypal, so I'll get my money back.

This outfit...if they still exist now...are NOT recommended.

The screw organiser cabinet I ordered arrived surprisingly quickly but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. It was replaced with the same impressive speed. An excellent product backed up with superb customer service.

I found the product I was looking for via Google and OneClickTools were one of the few businesses that kept to their promise of free delivery which was highlighted on a Google search - many of the others advertised free delivery on Google only to slap on a delivery charge if the order was less than a certain amount. The package arrived within the timescale. A very satisfactory transaction.

Ordering process very easy, fast shipping. Will use again.

Ordered a Raaco storage system for my husband for Christmas - perfect for all his lego bits and pieces! Best price on the internet and very quick delivery. I know where to come if he needs another one!

Please don’t use this site if you are in a hurry, I ordered a tin of Floor wax that was in stock it took them 5 working days to find it on the shelf and then 5 day to deliver it, there is no way to contact apart from e-mail which invariably don’t get answered or they say sorry your enquiry came through blank please resend, One reply I got was three weeks after I received the Wax, They are cheap but can you wait that long. If they ever supply a free contact phone number I might consider using again but it would not be for something urgent.

Easy order online but poor response time when e-mailing about order delay.Sent 2 e-mails which which took 2 days to receive answers.
