I have been a customer for many years in the strength of their product. However, their customer service and delivery is the worst I have ever seen resulting in multiple complaints and finally decision to look else where as their product is now available else where.

As an example the last other was delivered almost 2 weeks after the order was made, they only delivered half the order and when I managed to get hold of their customer service I was told that they would deliver the right order when they could fit it in. But the story does not end there, they then delivered it to a house I used to live 2 years ago as they hadn't updated their system despite having he right order in my accounts and again I had to collect it myself as they couldn't tell me when they "could fit it in"; they then had the face to give me a voucher!

In summary, do not order from this company, you can get the same quality product else where with a much better service and cheaper.

I place an order online on 31st Jan 2016. A day later I receive an email of Order Confirmation and at the same time I check My Account to make sure the order was there and I kept an screen shot. Everything was in place. A couple of days later they contacted me to confirm the delivery date on 8th of February between 8am and 5pm.

On the 8th of February no delivery was made. I contacted the company and they said they didn't have any order and they didn't know anything about my order. FULLY UNRELIABLE COMPANY

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering!! 40 bags of KILN DRIED logs were delivered and left outside in the pouring rain - I had no call to say they were coming or had been delivered. What sort of stupid company leaves dried logs to get wet?? The order took 2 weeks to be delivered, I could never get through on the phone and received no replies to any emails I sent. I have now been waiting for a reply from my complaint for 2 days - this company doesn't deserve anyone's business.Steer well clear, I won't be using them again.

CPL Distribution are Logs2You apparently. They deliver via a company called Hastings. I've totalled 20 phone calls to CPL who kept passing me on to Hastings. Hastings had no record of my order so the calls kept ping ponging around. No one was willing to help at CPL apart from one nice lady who was helpful but then disappeared off the radar. I finally got some sense out of Hastings who did deliver half my order after about two weeks. I'm still waiting for the rest of the order three weeks later. I had confirmation that it would be delivered on a certain date via CPL. and have had a call from Hastings stating a different date. The alarm bells rang when CPL. took my money and I had no delivery date confirmed or even had contact from them. I also feel if I hadn't chased my order it would never have turned up. DON'T be seduced by the impressive website and promises of fast delivery for me it has been the worst experience ever of online shopping.

Ordered online. Got a call confirming delivery the following day so took day off work. Delivery never turned up. Called twice but they have no idea what happened to the order or how and when it can be resolved. So we cancelled the order and bought elsewhere. We are hoping they don't just ship anyway despite cancellation.

The irony is we bought online as we thought it would be more convenient than visiting our local supplier - won't make that mistake again.

Avoid unless you enjoy hassle.

Ordered logs on the 12th September. Rang each week. First told being delivered to local depot. 2nd week told sorry, not in country yet! Am I buying imported firewood? Finally spoke to a lady who got things moving, ish! Have I got my logs yet? No. Received a call to say coming on Saturday 28th. Oh, local depot does not work Saturday. Now with a carrier called Palletways who are being very helpful and promising I am the first delivery today.

I will never buy from this company again. Set up a wood burner to be more environmentally friendly and discover my logs are being shipped from Europe. That does not fit. Equally 15 days for a log delivery is not acceptable. Local traders, admittedly not kiln dried, deliver within a week. Come on CPL it's a had market out there, shape up or loose it.

Delivery took ages to arrive and when it did the bags of kiln dried logs were wet inside. Some were unusable. Also the firelighters I'd ordered were missing, they left the delivery on the neighbours drive and there had been no phone call the day before as promised. I rang to complain and they sent a few extra bags of logs to replace the unusable ones and the firelighters. When they arrived the firelighters were soaking wet and on the neighbours drive again! Having paid extra to get very dry logs it is very annoying to receive wet ones. I won't use them again.

Placed the order on the Tuesday, they do state they aim to deliver within 5 working days, but if not will call you, well they didnt !!

I had to chase them up, they said they would call me back and didnt. Then I received an E-mail saying my delivery would arrive the following day ( it didnt ) !!!!

Then I called them and they said they would call me back and ...... Guess what !! THEY DIDNT .

Still waiting for my order or even a phone call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WONT ORDER AGAIN.

Logs ordered on 12th December and was told it would meet their Christmas delivery criteria. Chased up on 17th December and was assured that delivery would be before Christmas. Its 24th December and still no logs!! Chased up again today and told that estimated delivery is now 28th December and that they intimated they had phoned a couple of days ago to deliver but there was no answer. As we have an answerphone and no message was left, how can we believe this? No further contact was made by Logs2u to redeliver and the promise to ring before delivering is an empty promise. We will not be ordering from them again.
