Awful, Chatty And Messy
Guys, do yourselves a favour and avoid this so called 'Company' at all costs. They are the most unprofessional and aggressive organisation I have ever come across in my life. They take your money and then they simply run. They do not care that the items arrived damaged or that they are scratched. They rely on their return policy and blame you if you don't tell them within 24 hours. I told them within 3 days and apparently that was far too long. Their members of staff really are horrible people and make you feel as if you are in a hopeless position. Genuinely, please avoid this Company unless you want nightmares and no sleep for months.

I am very happy with the service from JT Spas. Delivered on time as arranged.
The shower cabin instructions were very poor, so I had to guess, but managed to build the shower cabin. I certainly would improve aspects of its design, but on the whole it works and looks nice.
Poor Quality
Disappointing quality, wouldn't recommend! I ordered a spa bath, three issues experienced in the one order;
(1) I rang and asked to remove the waste and plug well in advance of delivery and it was confirmed this would be removed and I would be refunded. It arrived with it and when I checked my bank account - no refund. I rang them and they eventually found the call details and said the Operator forgot to hit save.
(2) The bath legs didn't fit the bath, they didn't fit around the piping and my fitter was therefore unable to fit the bath on the day booked and I had to wait around 5 days for them to arrive. The existing bath had been removed by the time we realised so I was without a bath or shower for this time and needing to go to work in a professional job. I live in a one bedroom flat. It delayed the entire job and cost me money paying my fitter purely because they'd sent the wrong parts.
(3) The bath end costing £30 was the wrong width. 750mm for a 700mm bath which required removing the lip to fit to size, doubling the fitting time but also a shabby, unprofessional finish, with no sturdiness, or rigidity, likely to get broken in the not too distant future. You don't tend to expect fitters to cut plastic because it's prone to crack. Ultimately I had to purchase the correct end from Travis Perkins for nearly half the price, £16.38 to get a professional finish on the bath I'd paid a lot of money for. After raising the issue they simply replied you have to cut it to size yourself and offered no resolution whatsoever.

These guys have taken ages to get thr ordered delivered. I am waiting for weeks.
If I would have ordered from another supplier I would have got the bathtub by now.
They say next day delivery but now its been 3 weeks and no contact from the company at all.

I purchased a top end caronite bath from this company in October last year and had jets fitted. We have discovered one of the Jets is leaking water and have sent a video to JT Spas showing the issue - after 3 weeks of waiting and being unable to use the bath, I finally received a response which is a short video with instructions on how to seal the jet with more silicone myself …yes that’s right, I have to seal the bath myself and they are accepting no fault or liability for the leak. If that wasn’t enough I have been left absolutely flabbergasted after speaking to the advisor who’s absolute blaze attitude and lack of customer service has left me in complete disbelief that I am speaking to the same company that would have bent over backwards at the outset for a sale…total charlatans!!! Be very wary of this company after they have your money their after sales will shock you! I’m having to contact trading standards today. I find it unacceptable after spending a lot of money on a bath that hasn’t been properly sealed or manufactured there is an expectation I have to fix the problem myself and of course moreover could render any warranty invalid if not done properly!!!

Year On And Whirlpool Bath Still Not Working.
Nearly a year on and I’ve got a whirlpool bath that does not work.
Parts were missing when it arrived and when the replacement parts did come weeks later they were for the wrong bath. She admitted that the parts were taken for another messed up order.
The only way I got it solved was to get the direct warehouse number as the office staff were not forwarding emails or phone calls.
They cost me a fortune in extra plumber fees and fallout charges.
Every fitting on the bath was loose, and I mean every fitting. It took the plumber 2 hours just to go ever everything and redo it all. And things still leaked due to it being shoddily constructed.
Hot glue used to seal fittings/sensors into pipes.
Waterproof control panel that is full of moisture.
Frayed hoses and badly earthed electrical components.
The list goes on.
The customer helpline is manned by 2 people.
They say to leave it with them and they will contact you back , but they never do.
And when you start to get annoyed after being fobbed off a dozen times, they get annoyed with you as is your the problem.
How this place stays in business is beyond me.
