Late Arrival!
I paid for the next day delivery as timing was crucial and phoned to ensure it would. It didn't arrive as promised and I had to buy off the High St at considerable extra cost. Now I have to spend a further £12 sending their items back!! I've tried to get the company to fund the return postage as I'm not returning it through any fault of my own and they won't send their own courier or refund my postage. So they cost me time and money and were unwilling to offer alternative coonesatin like store credit. I shan't use them again and don't recommend you do either.

Avoid This Company That Play Like The Plague
This is the worst company I have had dealings With I bought two curtain tracks of which you cannot buy parts for because they had never been sold in this country making them completely useless as they sold the tracks with no fittings.

Ordered flooring and paid for next day delivery sent tracking no which never existed, called them and told they would send next day and again tracking number sent that did not exist. Cancelled order in the end now waiting for refund, avoid this company at all costs just look at their ebay feedback

Sorted Me Out Brilliantly
Ordered quite a few curtain poles and paid for express delivery. Unfortunately, there was an issue with this and my son arranged to collect instead. Postage refunded on the day! He got the poles and they are excelent quality and a real bargain for the low price Brooklyn charged. Customer service levels excellent and would use again - and would recommend to others.

14 Days, Still Missing Items. Lied To Me Now Ignoring Me.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Received only part of my order. Lied to for 9 days - telling me it's on its way. Had to pay a tradesman for work he couldn't do because order not arrived. Further lies about delivery. They generated a fake dispatch email 5 days ago for rest of order - but no such order processed or going through system (only "generated" when delivery is supposed to take 3 days) emails ignored. Now 2 weeks gone and no items. I'm contacting credit card company. So angry at the time and money I've wasted. In my opinion this is a dishonest business who cannot handle stock levels. Avoid

7.5Ltr tub of paint was sent incorrectly packaged and was damaged on route causing one hell of a mess in my garden. Brooklyn resent the paint correctly packaged this time and as a 'goodwill gesture' offered me a refund of £24. 32 by way of compensation. Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

found brooklyn trading by accident. Placed an order and can only say that this company offered excellant service. I knew exactly when the item was being delivered and even the name of the driver. Their communication is brilliant. The blinds were exactly as advertised and the price was the best on the market. Would recommend this company. They asked me to leave a review on the product but not their company so I decided to do both.
