If you are considering using 4bathrooms then thank your lucky stars you have read these reviews first. We placed an order for a shower door and tray but never received any of the order despite emails and calls. We are processing a dispute claim through our credit card company.
One star is one too many.

We Ordered A Walk-in Shower From 4bathrooms That W
We ordered a walk-in shower from 4bathrooms that was supposed to have been in-stock. We are still waiting to receive the shower over three weeks later. We tried to contact them by phone and using the online contact form - twenty phone calls and three on-line form submissions later not a single response. If I can offer any advice do not use this company unless you want lots of hassle and stress. We are currently about to attempt getting our money back which will probably be a long drawn out process. I can recommend Elite showers as they have been extremely helpful to us by getting our builders what they require as quickly as possible due to the fact 4bathrooms did not deliver.

i ordered a bathroom bits rad,bath,sink,taps etc ordered it begining of janaury and its naw the middle of march and still not had anything they wont tel you anything on the fone and wont help you i will never use 4bathrooms again and i hope if your reading this and your thinking of buying anything off them i hope you dont because as so as they have you money they dont want to know you DONT USE 4BATHROOMS FOR ANYTHING

ordered a corner bath.it arrived containing 'no' bath panels, which were described on their website. when i eventually came to unwrapping the bath,there were no panels included. i had the bath stored for a few months while upgrading my bathroom. when i got in touch to say i had paid for the panels and i wanted them sent to me, they told me i only had 7 days which i had to complain, so i would not be getting my panels, and i would have to re-order! only to find out then, they do not sell panels seperate! worst customer services i have ever dealt with. thick and stupid are not the words to describe these people. i am in the process of going to the small claims court by matter of principle! i now have a finished bathroom with no bathpanel. please do not buy anything from this website. appalling to say the very least!

What Can I Say.. We Ordered £1,500 Of Goods
What can i say.. We ordered £1,500 of goods from these cowboys, there prices are very good but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and to be honest I don't know how they are still trading as they have so much bad press (which I wish I had read before i ordered)
They called us before delivery to let us know that one of the 2 sinks and matching vanity units could not be located in the warehouse but they would send the order without them so that it would not delay things. we were assured that this would be delivered by the end of the week. There was also another item out of stock which we changed (as colour was not an issue) and were due a refund back of £179.00
The delivery came and one of the shower trays was wrong, the toilet cistern was broken and there were various taps and other bits missing.
We had to email pictures of the broken and incorrect items and have chased DAILY for almost 3 weeks now, oh and by the way... still no refund of £179.00.
They apparently sent someone to collect the tray who never showed up, then when we tried to rearrange delivery, we were told WE would have to pay the cost, then when we tried to chase it we were told to call citylink, which we did only to be told that they couldnt talk to us to reschedule they have to talk to 4bathrooms, we are not authorised!!!
They then told us that the Cistern WASNT included with the toilet they sent us so shouldnt have been sent out and was sent out in error, and they wouldnt send us a new shower tray until they got the old one back!
IN THE END, we brought the missing items from bathrooms.co.uk who I must say are slightly more expensive, but you really do get what you pay for when it comes to customer service. We are still chasing collection of the shower tray and have not received the refund of £179.00 from changing items on the order.
The missing sink and unit still didn't show up and we are NOW after 3 WEEKS being told that it is discontinued... so... we have 3 options;
1. Live with one sink
2. send the whole set back and get a lighter colour unit
3. find one elsewhere
option 1 is the last option we will consider as the plumbing is there for 2 sinks.
We were told that because there is nothing wrong with the other bathroom furniture WE would have to pay the delivery cost of getting it redelivered.
Still no refund of £179.00...
I am waiting for a call back (which never comes) to get a FULL refund for the shower tray, missing taps, the undelivered unit & sink and the £179.00 which still Hasn't been refunded 3 weeks later.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

the above is a very cut down version of events, we have been told mismatching stories from different employees, varying reasons for no refund, one is because the order hasn't been finished and items are still pending, next person says smugly, "well we have 28 days to process refunds, read our terms and conditions"

I Wouldn't Rate These Guys At All! They Took My Mo
i wouldn't rate these guys at all! They took my money and i am still waiting after 3 wks for a delivery date. they told me 3-5 days!!!! they do not reply to emails and hardly answer the phone! i called today to cancel n get a refund and they have told me i have to wait a whole month to have my money refunded to me! they are a complete joke and a total waste of time! my advice - DONT BOTHER!!!!!

bought bathroom furniture, bath etc. Web site said order had been processed and my money was taken out. Paid £25 for pallet delivery that failed to arrive on time. Turns out they had posted a letter to me A WEEK after my order becaue they were concerned the delivery was gouing to a different address. Could have phoned or e mailed me but didn't. Result was installation time for new bathroom compromosied. Phoned customer services. Cancelled bath but kept vanity unit and fittings. Had to pay another £10 to get these delivered even though my £25 for the initial deklivery had never happened. Explaind I should be getting a rebate not charged more. Guess what? Only one item arrived! Rang to compl;ain. They said manager would ring me back. Nothing happened. 4bathrooms were not intersted and on the delivery note even had the cheek to put "Customer kicking off..." Well I am kicking yes, but them into touch!

Ditto previous 2 reviews. We ordered a combination unit, delivery date 8-10 days.
17 days later nothing. Only record of our order was money taken from sagepay - no correspondence from 4bathroons.
No body seemed to be bothered, poor excuses lack of interest from telephone operators. A diabolical set up. Keep well away.

Ordered bath, toilet, sink unit, shower, taps. Bath will be in within 5-10 working days. 25 days, yes 5 weeks later, still nothing. Selected an alternative bath from their 'in stock' list, promised delivery within 48 hours. I rang three days later to be told that was out of stock as well. They were never going to ring to tell me that either, I'd have just bee left waiting. Either bath was now expected 'within 10 days' ...what I had been told nearly six weeks previously. I cancelled the order. Absolutiely not to be trusted with whatever promises they make

I Have Read Many Of The Reviews For This Company A
I have read many of the reviews for this company and only wish I had read them BEFORE I made a purchase of shower tray and bathroom cabinet. The service is poor, the staff appear not to know what is going on, they do not answer e-mails, they do not return phone call, they make excuses bordering on downright lies and the goods were defective. I was somewhat hesitant to write a review until I received my goods (I have waited since last November for the last item and still not received it) but, I thought no, if I can stop just one customer dealing with this company I will have succeeded. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with....I kid you not!
Dear Sir, I am very sorry for the buying experioence that you had with 4bathrooms. The company went into administration on the 21st March 2011. The new website was purchased from the administrators (4bathrooms only not Trading Post Appliances) in May 2011. We have since then been building a brand new website and have recently launched this new site. I can only apologise for the poor customer service you received and ensure all future customers that this is indeed a new ownership, not a 'phoenix from the flames' business that tends to happen.
