They Are Careful To Ensure That You Run Out Of Tim

They are careful to ensure that you run out of time for making a Paypal dispute. Then don't deliver anything and take your money.

History Of Failed Companies -

This business or should I say its owners have a long history of failed companies behind them which have left many suppliers, business landlords and customers owing tens of thousands of pounds. They are very careful to use multiple registered address sites and nominated companies as directors but this smoke screen cannot last forever. Deal with this company at your own risk !!

Online Order Of Sideboard

I ordered from these in May and have been fobbed off with emails and can never get through on the phone. I'm requesting a refund. I've seen this before where you are fobbed off until the time period during which you can lodge a complaint with your bank or with paypal has expired and then its extremley difficult to get your money back

Appalling Service

I ordered a dining table in early April from the website and almost 8 weeks later (meant to bedelievered in 4-6 weeks), have received zero communication from the company. Their sales email is unresponsive, phone lines always busy, and online tracking service constantly at "awaiting fulfilment". I have no idea when my order is likely to arrive or even be dispatched.

The company seems a complete shambles and I would urge anyone considering ordering to steer well clear.

I have had exactly the same experience. No order confirmation on purchase, no notification of delivery date, difficult to get through on the phone. Awful experience which could have been excellent if they had confirmed the order and thanked me for my business and subsequently emailed me with an order date (and notification of delayed date). Three automated emails would have made this a good experience. On Friday 1 June 2013 I was told my furniture delivery would arrive 3 June 2013 after I called them. Guess what - it arrived. Had it not arrived the experience was so bad i would have contacted my bank to get my money back due to complete transaction. Hopefully your stuff will arrive however like me i assume you won't be going back to this website

Amazing Quality, Fantastic Price!

we recently Ordered our dining room table and chairs from here and I was amazed at the quality!the delivery was great and I still can't believe we got such a good deal, we will definitely be using them again in the future and defiantly recommend that people order from them, also I found that when you look at the site they really do have everything you need and all kinds of styles, some places see a certain style of product but they cater for all ages and lifestyles
