Shockingly Bad After Sales And Very Rude Manager
Having just spent £2000 on a new waterbed, the old one finally having to be replaced after almost 30 years. The fitters duly arrived half filled the bed and left, and much toing and froing with the company they agreed to come back out and fill the bed properly, date to be arranged. As a good will gesture I was sent a complimentary fill and drain kit but the hose is not long enough for us to reach from the bathroom to the bedroom, but we were informed that even if this was a problem they would definitely come back to fill the bed to the proper levels.
The fill and drain kit arrived, the hose as mentioned was not long enough and the manager sent a very passive aggressive email mansplaining water levels and has decided they will no longer honour the agreement to come and fill the bed properly. We spent a weekend essentially sleeping to the boards under the bag, this is not correct, you should never feel the boards underneath when lying in bed, it is outrageous to even suggest this is normal.
I cannot recommend this company, the after sales from the manager is disgusting. The bed in not at the correct level, the mattress should not be several inches below the sides as it makes it almost impossible to get out of the bed. However the 'Manager' thinks you should you should be at their beck and call, and your work in much less important than they are. They turned up late for the installation which had they been on time, and communicated how long the installation would take, there would have been no issues but it would appear they expect you to be a mind reader even if they are not.
The manager sent a bigoted, patronising and sarcastic in response to a legitimate review this tells you everything you need to know about this company, if you have problems they are not interested, not the first time they have refused to help customers with problems .... AVOID AVOID AVOID,, seems they will not be honouring the additional hose either ... These people are shameless

I can not praise this company enough. We had a waterbed years ago and after a few years of trying other mattresses we realised another waterbed was the only way forward. From my initial enquiry the service has been amazing. Our advisor was particularly helpful, going out of her way numerous times to get information and answer questions. Our bed was installed this week and we are very happy. Everything is exactly as we ordered and expected. If you are buying for the 1st time try in the showroom 1st .

Don't Expect High Street Customer Service
We bought a superking waterbed from Waterbed Warehouse 8 years ago but were plagued with leaks. As we were about to move house we ordered a replacement mattress from Waterbed Warehouse as I decided that I had been unlucky with my leaky mattress and the staff seemed perfectly accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the sale fell through and we ended up with a bedroom too small to accommodate the bed. The mattress and cover cost over £400 and were still unopened. I called to ask whether we could arrange to return them in part exchange for a completely new bed. I was told that I could not return the items as they had been specially made and advised to put them on e-bay. The person I spoke to was quite argumentative, kept addressing me as 'my love' and compared my purchase to a new dress which I wouldn't be able to return. I can appreciate the difficulty for the retailer as we had had the item for 6 months but still felt that they could have offered me a percentage back on them as part-exchange. I eventually sold the whole bed with new mattress for £100 which seemed a better option than having to continue dealing with Waterbed Warehouse.
This sounds like the "manager" I found him to be very condescending. never dealt with such a rude company before.. 9 years on and they are still as rude as ever
