Not Delivered

I ordered an L pillow two days ago and paid £7.50 extra for it to be delivered in 1-2 days. The confirmation email did not include any tracking link and I have not had a response to two emails and a phone message asking when I can now expect to received it. Having read the other reviews I don't hold out much hope of receiving it.

Don't Trust This Company

Very quick to take my money but haven't received the product after a week and a half - appalling as could go into labour any minute! Have ordered from a reputable company instead.

No one has replied to my emails or answered my calls, and looking into it even as far back as 2011 they were giving an appalling service. No idea how they haven't been shut down. Will be taking this further as tricking pregnant women is sick in the head.

I ordered a U shaped pillow case and received a despatch email after.a few days.

After 15 more days the item hadn't arrived. I clicked on the tracking link but this just produced an error message. Sent an email asking for an update but received no response.

Wish I'd remembered to look at these reviews before placing an order. I ordered a U shaped pillow case and received a despatch email after.a few days.

After 10 more days the item hadn't arrived. I clicked on the tracking link but this just produced an error message. Sent an email asking for an update but received no response.

Fortunately I had paid by PayPal (even though their email stated paid by card) so I opened a dispute and requested a full refund. Refund was received after a couple of days with no communication or apology from Tens Med. The refund included the postage charge so presumably the item had never been dispatched as claimed.

Luckily no financial loss for me just time and effort but it's not acceptable that based on reviews this company is bolstering its cash flow by taking orders they have no means/intention of fulfilling. Avoid.

No Delivery And No Contact From Anyone.

I bought a u shaped pregnancy pillow from this website a few years ago and was happy with the purchase, however last year when I wanted to buy a new case it never showed up. I have tried emailing and calling and have received nothing for the last 5 months.

Very disappointed that this has happened especially seeing that others had the same problem. I trusted the company before but now would definitely say stay away.

Used Pillow No Response

AVOID, BAD, BAD, BAD. I received my Mum E Pillow and thought it strange that it arrived in no packaging just the delivery bag. To my horror the pillow had human body hair and large stains on it, it had been used and I was mortified. I had to put gloves on to put back into the delivery bag because it was that dirty. The next battle was trying to get hold of someone in the company. Nobody responded and there was no contact number. I managed to get hold of the supplier and spoke to a very rude woman who yelled at me and couldn't understand the problem. She told me to throw it in the bin and would send another, she did not want me to inform TensMed of the problem. Anyway I refused her offer and continued with a PayPal dispute threatening legal action. Eventually I received a refund.

No Delivery, No Customer Service

I received delivery confirmation of my order with Pregnancy Pillow/Tens Med two weeks ago, yet it still has not been delivered. I wrote to [email protected] to find out what was going on, and, having got no response, submitted the same question via their online contact form. This was last week and I still have not received a response. I've filed a dispute via PayPal (which I used to pay), so I will update this review if they respond to that. I wish I had read these reviews before trusting this company!

No Delivery, No Customer Service

Despite receiving a dispatch notification the day after making my purchase, I still hadn't received my item after two weeks. I contacted Pregnancy Pillow/Tens Med via email to enquire about this but received no response after a week. I contacted them again via the form on their website, but again, no response. Since they do not publish their phone number, I escalated the matter by opening a claim via PayPal (the method I had used to pay) and received a refund THE FOLLOWING DAY without any sort of apologetic message or anything. They obviously weren't too thrilled with the prospect of me reporting them to Action Fraud, though I might still...

Fraudulent Company

No refund, no email responses, I have now warned them of legal action and looking into

Ways of doing this. Saw numerous reviews of people getting cheated. I font understand how

the company has gone on for so long without getting caught. They send the item promptly but if you return it

there is no response or refund.

Since I wrote this review, I contacted action fraud online who got involved and contacted the seller. After 6 months of chasing it up/ I finally got my refund back including the Royal Mail postage charge. As I mentioned, even though it sent the pillow stating free postage, when I had to return it I paid 13 pounds of Royal Mail charge because of its volume. So moral of the story is there is help available. I could afford to walk away from 45 pounds but it was about exposing the crime that he was committing.

Had Nothing To Worry About!

After reading numerous bad reviews for the Pregnancy Pillow website I was quite worried about ordering from but I wanted the Mum E pillow and couldn't find it stocked anywhere else. I decided to go for it as I had the security of Papal to fall back on if I had any issues.

So I ordered the pillow on the Friday morning and by the Saturday lunchtime I had received it. I had paid for 2-3 day delivery but still didn't expect it to turn up within 24 hours. This was also the Saturday before a Bank Holiday Monday which made me think there would be more of a delay with deliveries.

All in all a hassle free experience and I am a happy customer.
