Purchased 2 sofas one came with a split only noticed after delivery as it was hidden ,the other one collapsed company will not refund , I took bottom of one could not believe the poor quality and awful workmanship, a waste of money avoid save your money go somewhere else no one could be worse than this company , costumer service forget it! . Even delivery men could not get on sofa in left it to me and my wife to do it took about 2 minutes. You have been warned

i bought a corner and a two seater sofa from these frauds.. The worst quality sofas i've ever bought! They were reduced and cost us a mere £700 for the two. (massive bargain... or so we thought) First of all they called us the day of delivery (after waiting 3 weeks for the delivery slot) telling us that they didnt have the fabric for our sofa. So they knocked £100 off and told us they'd deliver the following week. Which they did, and the drivers were very helpful in getting the sofas into our awkward front door. That was where the joy ended. The sofas were horrendous quality. the sofa cushions were so uncomfortable and literally slid off the sofa when we sat on them. My boyfriend and i convinced ourselves that the sofa just needed to be worn in. After a week i called up and told them to just come and collect the sofas and give us our money back. They told me we were outside out cooling off period. which was not true... they were going from the original delivery day which got moved by a week. After countless letters and phone calls and rather rude staff... i have to admit i gave up. this was 18 months ago... i have now spent £1500 on physio to my neck and back, and £1200 on restructuring the sofa... this christmas we are buying a new sofa and these two are going to the tip... not even worth selling them, because i wouldnt wish this discomfort on anyone else!!!

I ordered 2 x 2 seater Chicago jumbo cord sofa's 18 months ago. The price was cheap but the website indicated that they'd been reduced from a far higher price so I wrongly assumed they must be of a half decent quality. I couldn't have been more wrong. Within 3 months one of the sofa's frames fell apart, and my consumer 'rights' were that I had no choice but to accept a repair which I was extremely unhappy about as I wanted an exchange. I accepted the repair and the sofa still creaks (just want to point out that Im of a small build so it's definitely not a case of me throwing my weight down on them).

They are so low backed, its impossible to get comfortable on them and the cushions are of a 'sponge' material therefore, they have ALL sagged in the middle. These are the worst sofa's I have ever purchased. Quality greatly needs to be improved. That said, the ladies in the office responded quickly. I am currently trying to sell these so that I can purchase a higher quality sofa.

Brought a corner sofa from them, really happy with it. Looked online, wife rang them and we got cut off for some reason but they rang us straight back. In laws brought something similar from DFS which cost double (but came with separate chair). One thing i did like was that they didn't want all the money up front. We paid £69 deposit then the rest on delivery. You never know if with some random website if your going to pay your money and then never see the sofa! Delivery was just over a fortnight(ish) due to Easter. Called me the day before to confirm delivery, then the driver called me to say he was an hour away. They have exceeded my expectations and I'm more than happy to recommend them. I couldn't of asked for anything more...

Pleasantly suprised after bad experience with different sofa company, The service i recieved from sofasos was second to none absolutely brilliant and cannot be faulted and delivered well within the estimated 14 working days!.....The jumbo cord corner sofa was fantastic as i wasnt expecting such good quality from a sofa that was at a realitively low price....very happy customer indeed!! infact i have already recomended sofasos to a couple of my friends who commented on how nice and comfy they thought my sofa was....well done to this company A+++++

I purchased a sofa from sofasos.com a few months ago, from order to delivery the service was fantastic the girls in the office were so helpful and keeped me informed at every stage.

Delivery was booked in and delivered with a call 1 hour before from the drivers who took in and set up and took rubbish away.

My sofa is Beautiful and looks so much more expensive the the money i paid for it all my friends love it and may well buy them to.

I ordered a sofa off the website and a different sofa arrived. The one that arrived wasn't even on the website. The sofa was the same shape but instead of being upholstered in a smooth beige cotton type material it arrived in a disgusting chocolate brown synthetic shiny crushed velvet.

Worse still. I was shipping this sofa down to Spain with lots of other stuff - it arrived wrapped and when I unwrapped it in Spain I found I had the wrong sofa. The owner of the company has refused to speak to me. When I explained what happened - his poor minions were sympathetic and admitted to the error saying that they had changed the fabric and forgotten to tell me. I even have an email from them admitting it's entirely their fault. But the owner ran straight to his lawyers and sent a message back saying he would refund me if I got the sofa back to him because he'd been advised that that was all he legally had to offer. Nice.

The cost of shipping the sofa back and a new one out would cost twice as much as the sofa itself which I'm sure he knew so there you go - he's off the hook and I have a £400 revolting sofa going in a skip unless I can sell it to someone with dubious taste ... nasty way to do business and very poor quality sofa too. Do not buy from this company.

At 400 pound for a sofa set i never expected miracles. However what i recieved i can only describe as diabolical. On close inspection it was found the cushions didnt fit right and after a couple of weeks the cushions were flat but i kind of expected this due to the price. what i didnt expect is that after 2 months the three seater has collapsed on 1 side even though that section has only been used three times. hopefully i wont get the run around the way other reviewers have.

We ordered our new fabric corner sofa from Sofa SOS mainly down to price. We had to fill an unfurnished house, so a £400 sofa was a bargain. Well, it would've been if the sofa had be up to scratch. I knew it was going to be bad when the delivery men could lift each section of the corner sofa themselves! Within two weeks ths sofa was giving me terrible back pains. Some of the cousions came unstitched etc.. The large cusions you sit on are all odd sizes,two are quite puffy and some are flat as a pancake. We've had the sofa about six months now and they are all flat.

This sofa is THE WORST sofa i have ever used, and after six months i now sit on the floor. We complained and were told we'd either get a new sofa or get ir repaired "so we were happy with the outcome". Well, it took a month for someone to come round, he was there for five mins and then we never heard anything again. Six weeks later i am still chasing them.

Please do not buy a sofa from these people - it is cheap rubbish and you really will regret it.
