Hi, just wanted to say a big thank you. Took delivery yesterday and I love my purchase. Received a 3 hour delivery slot which was in the morning, drivers were curtious and arrived on time, received a text message when they were 40 minutes away. I can't fault your service. It's been a pleasure dealing with all involved from purchase to delivery. Would definitely recommend your company and will be looking at purchasing from you again. Keep up the great service. You delivered on everything you promised to do.

Very pleased with my bedside cabinets as they are well made with nice handles and they were VERY well wrapped. The courier was a dear man. I would call the colour stone rather than stone grey but maybe everyone will see the colour differently.

We have experienced a complete nightmare with pine solutions.

We have received 3 different sets of Venice While furniture (their premium while furniture collection) and each has been to a terrible standard (not finished, cracked, paint flaking off). We have been in also constant contact with the CS team who have done very little to put the issues right.

We have now taken a full refund.

I would not normally complete online reviews but felt I should to warn others of the experience - terrible products, appalling delivery experience, negligent attention to detail and an inability to delivery on promises made which lead to considerable impact on our side both in terms of time (assembling and dissembling furniture 3 times, numerous hours on the telephone trying to get things resolved and then waiting in for delivery), frustration and of course comfort issues that come from being without a bed (mattress on the floor etc.) and places to put your belongings.

The wood is good can't complain about that. The problem was the instructions they were not clear also none of the wood was numbered as it refers to in the instructions. The instructions says two people required to assemble in one hour , it took us 5 days because no numbers on any of the wood ,we got stuck on one part with the wardrobe of which we had to take photos of what we had done and email it to pine solutions for them to identify the problem which they did , we had two parts of wood in the wrong places,( no numbers so it was going to happened ) such a waste of time . This was a Xmas present we wanted the complete bedroom furniture set up as a surprise but that did not go to plan. I did email customer service to say we finally got the wardrobe together and that we would never use pine solution again , never got a email of apology. When we first called customer service the women emailed instructions for wardrobe with drawer I emailed her saying we only have wardrobe with no drawer she said just look at instructions, I emailed her again twice next day got no reply had to start again with some one else in customer support. We even had to get another drawer handle sent to us as one of them was brokered.so really it was a disappointment in the overall service considering it cost a lot . So it's a big NO from me to never purchased from pine solution!

PineSolutions has been OUTSTANDING!! Being from America, where customer service is first rate, they make me feel as if I am back home. They are a model of outstanding character! They are kind, patient and genuine, which is the main reason why I continue to make PineSolutions my first choice when purchasing furniture for our house.

Was kept well informed by company, then delivery company, who kept mevery well informed re the delivery. Delivery date given by Pine Solutions by email and phone call. Delivery men ring from half an hour to an hour with expected arrival time. They were fast, courteous and took all packaging away with them.

The sideboard I ordered is gorgeous and beautifully made. Also it is far nicer and cheaper than anything I have seen in shops. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Should I need any furniture in the future, I will visit this companies web site first.

We ordered a dining table and four high back chairs from this company. The delivery was really quick and the table/chairs look fantastic. We also looked at Oak Furniture Land which would have come out at roughly the same price but the quality of product from this company looks better. There was a slight surface imperfection/mark on one of the oak sections of the table and rather than return I asked for a small bit of money off for which they were more than accommodating. Updates in relation to this issue were really quick- all in all couldn't ask for anything more really and would definitely order again.

Also it's worth searching for discount codes (think I got mine from their actual website) before ordering.

I bought the Reclaimed Oak Kitchen Dresser from PS. Everything was good, was kept well informed about delivery.

The quality of the product was amazing for the price, we normally buy furniture like Gplan where the insides are MDF and fall apart after a few years but this was solid wood.

This furniture Should last a lifetime!

we ordered 4 pine wardrobes, on arrival 2 were damaged. We had to wait 8 days for another delivery. The company agreed to erect the 2 wardrobes, but the delivery men were not aware, then spent a whole hour phoning between the 2 companies. Eventually they erected them. I would not use this company again nor recommend them>

We ordered a pine gateleg table and chairs via the Internet from pine solutions , the order was confirmed and we were kept informed right up to the delivery date, we had the option as to the delivery date, the price we paid we were more than happy with , the due date of delivery arrived ,the delivery personnel were more than helpful pleasant and courteous , I would give them 5 star rating as well , after unpAcking we stood back and admired the furniture , the quality and finish we were very impressed . A first class company and one I would thoroughly recommend .
