I bought this on Groupon as a birthday gift for my wife. They promised a delivery date out around 8 weeks. My order was placed on Jan 9th. 10 weeks into it, I still had no picture. I followed up with them repeatedly asking for updates. Kept hearing that they were running behind and would ship it shortly. My wife's birthday came and went, and the picture never arrived. I finally received an email saying the picture had shipped. I waited for 2 weeks for the picture to arrive. When it did not show up, I followed up only to find out that the picture had still not shipped. Mind you, this is the 14th week since the order now. I requested them to cancel my order and not ship it. They pushed my request up to the manager who declined to do that after I repeatedly requested him to cancel my order and refund my money. He refused to do that. Needless to say, they were more interested in keeping my money than having a satisfied customer.

This was a pathetic display of customer service. It is Apr 30 now and I am still waiting on the painting, almost 4 months after I placed the order. I would never, ever recommend a 3rd rate service like this to anyone.

I will use Paint My Picture again, and I have recommended them to some of my friends and family who were impressed with the painting of my father.

I am very happy with my finished paintings from PaintMyPicture.co.uk. One is of my horse and one is a portrait of my husband. I like the horse painting most (please don't tell him!) as it reminds me of that lovely summer's day everytime I look at it on the wall.

I cannot recommend PaintMyPicture enough as they were very helpful. I am new to computers and they helped me transfer my photograph into an email using my new scanner. Though for the second painting I did it all myself.

The paintings are lovely, better than I imagined they would be.

Both paintings arrived within three weeks of ordering, and are now prized possessions.

I recently received an oil painting produced by paintmypicture.co.uk. I sent a photograph of my cat asleep on the sofa, and asked them to paint her without the sofa or background. They told me it would take 3 weeks to complete and deliver the painting, and it actually took 3 weeks. The painting came wrapped up in a plastic tube, and I couldn't wait to open it. The painting is wonderful, they have got her just right!

I have had the painting framed, and it has pride of place over the fireplace.
