I Ordered A Bed Over A Year Ago Now!
I ordered a bed over a year ago and still fail to phone or receive Anne mail back, at 440 pounds it wasn't cheap! Stay clear!
Terrible Is Not The Word!
IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ONESTOPNURSERY READ THIS:
onestopnursery and onestopfurniture are owned by the same person
They will take your money but rarely deliver, they have taken £400 from me for a dinning table and chairs which we have never seen.
I have contacted the police and reported both companies to the action fraud website.
I have spoken to him on Facebook and he initially said I'd got the wrong person, but it's obvious from his page that it is him.
Everyone who is having problems should do the following:
Report it to your bank
Report it to the police and get a crime reference number
Report it to Watchdog / Rogue Traders
They have taken £1000's from people and refuse to communicate with their customers
Action Fraud | Report fraud and internet crime

Ordered sofa, money was taken on 8th January still not heard anything websites down and told to leave message when calling, never any reply!!!! Take your money but not intersected after that.
Review Centre won't let me post his details on here. But you can find them with a bit of creative googling.
And if you phone companies that are located near to one stop furniture's address they will give you the number of the landlord

Unfortunately if you contact him, he will either tell you that you have got the wrong person or that his world pay account has been hacked
I have been in touch with the landlord of the company building who is going to arrange a phone call with him to hopefully sort this out, I will report back with any more details

I have been on the hunt for a study desk for some time, one with decent storage and also doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I ordered the desk, allowed 4 weeks for delivery then enquired about my desk.
I only ever had a response once, through e-mail. I can never get through on the phone and have sent several email enquires.
The website is undergoing maintenance and has been for the past 3 weeks, atleast.
They took my money and now are nowhere to be seen.
I use internet shopping a fair bit, mostly hassle free until now. In future I will be doing more investigating prior to purchase.
Avoid at all costs. I am going through my bank to get my money back, my bank is also doing an investigation.

Rip Off!!!!!
Ordered mattress on 7th january 2013. Received confirmation but suddenly website unavailable and despite leaving messages on answerphone, no calls back.
This is now in the hands of our bank. Luckily we paid by credit card and have insurance so have been told we'll get our money back.
Have now ordered the mattress with a company called Beds on Legs who have given excellent customer service!
Please don't use this company, and hopefully you'll see all these terrible reviews before you buy!

No Reply
Ordered a mattress well before Xmas. Money was taken, confirmation email received. However come new year, no show on the mattress. Have tried to email with no response, phone always hoes to an answering machine. They never call back. Now the website is "under maintenance".
I contacted my bank and started a dispute with the retailer. 4 days later the money was back in my account. I used my debit card to pay for the mattress.

Ordered dinning table & chairs November 20th despite multiple e mail and phone messages I have not received and information from them. They took the money in full when order was placed staying delivery would be in three weeks. Total rip off and it looks like we have now lost £550

I ordered a new dinning table and chairs on November 20th from One Stop Furniture and I have not had any communication from them since. They took the money in full in advance and sent through an order confirmation and receipt. It was stated that delivery would normally be within three weeks and even allowing additional time for the Christmas break it has still been nearly two months? Can you please tell me how I can address this and officially complain or try to get a refund?
Unfortunately I used my debit card for the payment as I do not have a credit card. Is this still protected and can I go back to the bank ?
I also paid by debit card, but still contact your bank and they will send you a form so they can investigate, your bank may still be insured for this even though it was a debit card.
The owner of One Stop Furniture, you can find him on Facebook, but he will tell you that you have got the wrong person, so the best action is to report it to the police via the action fraud website
I have ordered Beijing table with 4 stools on 10.12.2013 but it still has not arrived. I have messaged them but they do not reply as well as calling them but no answer or a call back. Can anyone help?
Also try contacting the manufacturer of the table and see if they will supply you with the contact details and records they have for One Stop Furniture / PAK Direct .
I did this for the manufacturer of my dining table LDP Furniture and they supplied me with their records which showed that One Stop Furniture had not placed an order since November. This is important because this information can show that it is a criminal matter and not just a civil one, you can then contact Huddersfield Police and report it as a crime, I have done this, so if enough other people do the same they will have to follow it up
