This Company Tries To Rip Off Their Customers
This is a terrible company to do business with. I ordered an item and they immediately charged my credit card. After trying to find out the status of the order ( with no success) I tried to cancel my order. No one answers their phone and you are immediately directed to voice mail. They never call you back. They insist that orders be cancelled on line which I did but they never cancelled order. After many repeated phone calls I finally spoke to a live person who did not seem to know anything about this company. He said they were waiting to hear from factory that order is cancelled. I asked where is factory and he said he didn't know. I am still waiting for my refund. My advice is buy somewhere else.

Please listen to what I'm saying, do not buy from this company! They take your money when they don't have items in stock and it goes to a review of whether or not they give you your money back. Ultimately I did get my money back the item was backordered 8 weeks. Yet they still took my money knowing that, and getting it back was not easy. Nobody ever ever answer the phone. Awful company

Horrible, Should Be Banned From Doing Business!
One star is even too many. I found this company through Houzz and had the worst online shopping experience ever. I purchased a table from them on 2/13/16 and received an email stating I would receive shipping information shortly, and instructions to where I could check the shipping status online anytime. I thought that was great. However, later that week the status was still simply showing as, 'ordered'. I emailed asking for an update and received an automated response that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. After not hearing anything back I called and was told it would be shipping the following week. That next week I called after not receiving any shipping information and was told again, it would ship the following week. I told them I had already been told that and they said no one would have told me that. I waited another week, and sent another email asking why it hasn't shipped out after three weeks and explained the communication issues I was having with them. I then received an email stating it would ship the following Monday. Of course I didn't hear anything on Monday and sent an email that evening asking for the status. Now it's been nearly a month and I continue to be told it will ship in 24-48 hours. After being strung along for a month, it's now 3/9/16, all the while I have no kitchen table, I just cancelled the order entirely. I cannot wait to see how long it actually takes to receive my refund. Massive headache and waste of time. **UPDATE** The day after I asked for the order to be cancelled and received confirmation that it was cancelled this joke of a company actually charged me. I had to call and email twice to receive my refund in full. Two days later my bank called and informed me of multiple fraudulent charges to that same credit card. This place is a nightmare in more ways than one.

The Worst!
NATIONAL FURNITURE SUPPLY should be ashamed of themselves. After many emails (over 10), a frustrating web experience and a phone call where I spoke with 2 very rude people, I returned 2 over-priced, shoddily built and just plain crap-quality end tables. They charged me return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. It cost me around $240 to go through this nightmare with them. No tables. Rotten service. Rude customer service. 3 weeks of back-and-forth. AND I lost a nice chunk of change.
They have bad reviews on YELP! FB and a few other sites that I did not see until too late. Now they have one from me, too.

Worst Company Ever!
On December 20th at 6:55 pm, I placed an order for champagne flutes item number CRL4223. After placing the order, I immediatley realized that I orderd the wrong product and placed a second order for the correct item CRL5748 at 7:02 pm. Per NFS order cancellation policy, orders can not be cancelled by phone and customers are instructed to send order cancellation requests to support@nationalfurnituresupply. At 7:06 pm, I did in fact send an email with instructions to cancel the first order. I immediatley received a reply email at 7:06 pm confirming receipt of my order cancellation and a cancellation ticket number The next day, Monday December 21st at 1:42 pm, I received an email from National Furnitue Supply stating that the items from the second order were on backorder. The notice stated that I had the right to cancel the backordered items anytime before the product shipped by sending an email to National Furniture Supply Support team. on Tuesday, December 22nd at 12:02 pm, I received a text message from NFS stating that the second order (supposedly backordered, right??) had shipped and was advised of the FedEx tracking number. On Wednesday, December 23rd at 10:10 am, I received a text message that the first order had shipped and also advised of the FedEx tracking number for that shipment. Because I had cancelled the first order and received an order cancellation ticket on Sunday, I immediatly called NFS to inquire why that order was shipped to me despite being cancelled. I spoke with someone who I believe gave me a fake name. According to the representative, he told me that the shipping department was not made aware of the order cancellation before the order shipped and that it was his view that this mistake was "both of our fault" and advised that I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee for returning the items from that order. I explained that I did not consider this to be my fault at all since I followed their order cancellation process. The rep told me that I was being unreasonable and that I needed to understand that "they had to make a profit". This is the worst customer service experience I have had from a company. Worst EVER! He told me that he would "see what he could do, but that I needed to be patient" and wait for him to get back to me because they were busy handling multiple customer complaints. Since I did not want the product from the first order, my plan was to simply refuse delivery of the first order when FedEx attempted to deliver the package on December 24th. It was not until Fedex arrived, that I realized that both orders had the exact same tracking number, so it was impossible for me to determine whether the box FedEx delivered was the first order I didn't want or the second order that I did want. So, I took delivery of the package and opened it up to determine which order it contained. It was the first order that should have been cancelled and contained a packing slip that again stated that the product I ordered under the second order was on backorder. I called NFS and spoke to someone else who confirmed that the product that I wanted was on backorder and that he would ship it later and that I could "just keep" the items wrongfully delivers. At that point, I felt like the company was fraudulent and I immediatly called my bank to cancel my debit card and dispute the authorized charge. I immediately returned the incorrect product to NFS by fedex on the same day and sent them two emails instructing them that I no longer wanted the backordered items. I received an email from NFS stating that if I wanted to cancel the backordered items, I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee even though the product was not even in stock and had never been shipped to me! I checked my bank account this morning and confirmed that they deducted $134.40 for the backorder product. These people are extremely shady - BEWARE!

"I also placed an order. I called after not hearing anything for 10 days. I was told my order is being shipped out in 2 days. 6 days before Christmas they email me and told me my order was cancelled. They were out of stock! This company lies and tells you what you want to hear then does what they want! HORRIBLE now we have an unfinished tree waiting for our star we ordered!

I purchased coffee table and end table
After the purchase was complete one week there was no communication from them once I write a email they reply but delivery took two weeks and when I received the shipment and I am ready to assemble it was damaged broken and it was not packed properly looks like someone returned it and they send me it took me 10 days to back and forth emails finally they tell me keep the tables and have someone repair and we pay for it big deal I refused the offer and asked them to take it back and issue me the full refund in reply I got the email threatening me that it will cost me 30% restocking fee ,I called my credit company and disputed the charges .
They do not buy anything from them when a company refuse to take the responsibility it's not a good company to do business with .i purchase from way fair and overstock they great in delivery and customer service if something wrong delivered they issue quick refunds .
If one of the big office manager from this company is reading this my advice to him to find another consent to work for because this company will not be in the business for a long time

Buyer Beware - They Partner With Am Trucking
BUYER BEWARE. National Furniture Supply partners with AM Trucking for their shipping. Check reviews for that company before placing an order. Shipping time was outrageous (7 weeks for a single TV stand, shipped domestically), they were no-shows on two delivery appointments mid-week which required time off work, and their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.
While National Furniture Supply was fine related to my interactions, they knew of the shipping issues and did nothing to resolve them.
I would avoid this company if you are making an online purchase.

Good Concept But Fair Quality
While the concept of a hidden bed is a great idea, I must say that when my item arrived I was very disappointed. Upon unpacking the furniture I found a lot of chips on the item and damage to the corners. My first thought was to return it but that would have been difficult as the item weighs 200 lbs., plus I would have had to pay for the return.
As I stated, the concept was a great idea but the quality of the piece, in my opinion, is poor. I had the piece repaired and for now, it'll have to do.
On the plus side, ordering was easy and my item was delivered on time, plus they threw in a mattress. If I had to do it all over again, I would go to a local dealer so that I would be able to See the item in person.

Charged My Credit Card And Cancelled My Order
I ordered a coffee table from this website and they gave me a tracking number and sent a confirmation email, then a few days later I wanted to see where the table is, I logged on their website to track it and saw that the order was cancelled. They never bothered to send me an email to tell me that the item is not available anymore but they were quick to charge my card and then send nothing to let me know that the order is not coming. I had to chat with one of their reps to figure it out. Very unprofessional, definitely a headache.
