I placed an order for some Buckingham Candelabras on Glass Floral website. All went just eas expected and delivery was in time for the wedding. Very good prices compared to other candelabra sellers. Delivery was again very reasonable.

Vases Arrived On Time

I placed an order for some conical vases and some candelabras for a client that I was doing wedding flowers for. I came accross Glass Floral and found them very competent with prices and level of customer service was very good. My items were delivered just in time and luckily nothing was broken in transit.

Don't Do It.....not Worth The Stress!

To cut a very long story short I ordered some mirrored plates 6 to 7 weeks ago. After taking payment I haven't received any confirmation email to say they had been dispatched. Three weeks later I tried to contact them via telephone and email and both were blocked! Emails and bouncing back saying the address could not be recognised and the voicemail was so there is too many messages.

I ended up phoning the units next door to Glass Floral to ask if they were still trading and I was told they were.

I eventually got hold of a guy who had promised me my order the following Wednesday.

The following Wednesday came and I emailed the person I dealt with at 3 o'clock to say they haven't arrived yet and an hour later I phoned him as surprise surprise I didn't have a reply.

the person I dealt with  said that they hadn't received one lot of mirrored plates and it wouldn't be until the following month that they would receive them to send them out. Absolutely disgusted so I demanded a refund! This is it how you do business, BEWARE he makes false promises!!!

Here is where the fun really began! I pursued the person I dealt with for days and days and days making it crystal clear how I wanted a refund when I wanted a refund confirming my bank details and confirming the cost.

I heard nothing, so I drove an hour and a half out of my way to confront him in Wembley where he is unit is to get my money back.

I eventually found a unit but the person I dealt with was not there he also trades under the name of the flower station so beware!

The guy there phoned him for me and passed over the phone. I couldn't believe the attitude of him telling me that I didn't have to drive all the way to Wembley although he left me NO choice as he didn't contact me for weeks. I then told him that if I didn't receive my refund in three days I will contact trading standards.

Three days later I had to chase him again but by the end of the day I had my refund as I managed to get his mobile number to send a PayPal request to.

Anyone in a similar situation, make a nuisance of yourself as it appears to be the only way to get things done!

Spent a lot of money at Glassfloral and although their products are good their customer service is absolutely disgusting! Do yourself a favour and find another supplier it's not worth the stress!!!

Absolute Disgrace

I made an order with this company almost 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for half of the order. The money was taken from my account almost immediately and I needed these items for a wedding. The delivery said 5-7 days which is why I placed it. I received half of it approx 6 weeks later only because I chased and chased this and was lucky enough to get through to someone on the phone. They told me the items had been out of stock despite the website saying they were in stock. It's now 3 months on and I'm still waiting for half of it. I was told the items would be in from 1st July and surprise surprise they still have not arrived. Have tried contacting them but with no luck. Avoid this company at all costs if you dont want to lose or money. They should be stopped from being able to see on line! Wish I had read some reviews before giving them my money!

Awful - Avoid!

No stars! This company is appalling. Ordered stock and paid over £300 in Feb, supposed to be delivered between 5 & 7 days - didn't turn up. You can't call them as goes to a VM which says it's full. No response to emails or online messages either. Goods then randomly turned up on the 18th day. trying to return was a nightmare, finally got them to collect the goods 3 weeks ago and have still not received a refund. AWFUL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No One Answers The Phone, No Replies On Their Webs

No one answers the phone, no replies on their websites message system, and their email address does not work, emails are returned immediately.

My order is just sitting there without any progression.

Do not use, I suspect this company is bad news.

Joke!!!!still Waiting For Delivery!!!

ORDERED A FEW ITEMS A FEW WEEKS AGO AND PAID WITH CC, GOT MY ORDER NUMBER! AFTER A WEEK OF NO DELIVERY, CALLED AND MANAGED TO SPEK WITH SOMEONE!!!!! WHO ADVISED ME MY ORDER WOULD BE WITH ME WITHIN 2 DAYS BY 5PM.... SHOCK IT DIDNT ARRIVE, SINCE THIS I CANT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE LINE AND THE WEBSITE EMAIL IS DOWN! GLASS FLORAL A DISGRACE

Money Grabbers!

I ordered six candelabras in October for my upcoming wedding. as soon as I placed the order I received a confirmation email and the money was taken from my account. I waited four weeks before I got in contact and basically I was told everyone time that they were out of stock. I said I would wait until December to receive them or I would require a refund. After contacting them several times via email and phoning I would not get a response. I eventually had to leave it in the hands of my credit card company to sort it out for me. Do not use glassfloral!!

Dreadful Company Do Not Use!

I ordered three cake stands from this company. First of all none of the payment gateways were working so i telephoned to make payment over the phone. I spoke with the manager who told me my items were in stock and I would receive in 2 days. 2 days later the order was still showing as awaiting dispatch. I phoned again and was told my order would be with me on the following Tuesday four days later. The following Tuesday my order was still showing awaiting dispatch. I phoned a third time and was told my order was due into their warehouse and I would receive two days later. Two days later my order was still showing as awaiting dispatch. I phoned for the fourth time and was told they did not have any.

What a complete and utter waste of time. They lied from start to finish. I will NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
