Disgusting Retailer
I wish I could give this retailer 0 stars if that were an option. That is how crooked and corrupt they are. I ordered two pieces of furniture from their website back in FEBRUARY and was subsequently taken through hoops and hurdles, lies and deceit, until I had to open a dispute against them for fraud. THANK GOD I paid with a credit card so I had the protection of my bank against me.
The worst part is - I called on a weekly basis to check on my order and was promised that everything was fine and then, 6 weeks after I initially placed my order, I was called and told that the item was on backorder and they would call me when the warehouse had it back in stock. 6 WEEKS AFTER MY INITIAL ORDER? How is that even possible. And yet, foolishly enough, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another week.
To my surprise, a week later, the phone number stopped working and is still not in service! Do yourselves a favor and pay the extra money to shop at a reputable retailer. My inquiry with my credit card is now over, I have my funds, and I am glad that this nightmare is over. Please believe I will be copying this message on every fraud board I can find on the internet!
Ticked Off!!! Furniture Pm Is A Joke!
I, like everyone on here am getting the same runaround I ordered on 4/6/13 with a credit card (thank goodness)and my order has read "in transit" since that date. I am still waiting while my credit card company works on getting my money back. I have called the phone number that just says it is not available at this time. The website now reads that if you placed your order after 5/1/13 it will not be filled. So what the heck does that mean because I placed my order 4/6/13 and it still hasn't been filled. I know this is an on-line furniture store but what about the warehouse where you can pick your furniture up if you don't want it delivered (which I offered to do) I don't live close enough (approx 9 hours away) to just pop in and see what is going on but if anyone who has placed orders and lives close enough would love to hear if you have attempted to go to the address where you pick up your order and see what information you have been given. If anyone gets any info on how to contact them, I sure would love to hear how.

I ordered a comforter set in October 2012. Never received my order!!! I called and called and sent several emails to them. They won't answer the phone or send you an email. I'm very mad and now their phone doesn't work. Go figure! Gave them one star because I had to rate them to proceed.
Stay Away From This Company.
The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't go any lower. I ordered from them on the 6th of April and still haven't received anything from them. They take your money right away and then they don't answer your phone calls or your emails. This has got to be one of the worse furniture companies in the world. Avoid them at all cost. Buyer beware.

Placed an order on the 4/6 and haven't heard from them in a month! Worst is that you could never get the call through! So regretful that I should have read all the reviews on it earlier so that I would not have wasted my time and my money on those cheaters! This website just sucks!

I advised anyone thinking about purchasing anything from this company to reconsider. I ordered a sectional couch made by Ashley which was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called, because I did not hear from them and my status (In Transit) stayed the same on the account. The representative told me they get backed up sometimes and would be delivering soon. 2 weeks later I had to call again. They told me they were in a dispute with the manufacturer and the account with my money was locked. They told me I couldn't get a refund or my couch. After speaking with the manager, I asked why they continued to advertise and sell this product online when they couldn't provide it. He said it took a lot to maintain a website, however, they modified the price and delivery time several times. (Cheaper price and shorter delivery time) They told me to call the credit card company to ask for a credit back. Master Card referred me to my financial institution, who told me to file a small claim. So I did! Reading all of the reviews, this company is obviously scamming people out of money and would tell anyone to take their business elsewhere. I've emailed seveal people about them, including Ashley Furniture. This has and continues to be a terrible experience and I hope someone investigates the activities of this company. Again, STAY AWAY!!!

Attention Buyers. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP. I ordered a Dining Set worth $876 and I waited for 3 weeks. I called them continuously for 3 days, left voice message, but no response. I finally called by bank and disputed the transaction. Such a waste of my time. These guys will get it BIG TIME. YOU GUYS SUCK. Cheating so many people, GOD will show it to you one day and it's not too far.

there web site says if you pay by check or cash or money order
you get a discount that's because if you dont use a credit card
you will never see that money again.
this place is just interested in 1 thing and thats taking your money

Do Not Buy From Them!!
On February 2nd of 2012 I purchased an ashley sectional and ottoman which totaled near $1000.00. My visa credit card was quickly charged. 3-4 with no furniture in sight I began calling and got the run around, was told lies, and eventually told that my order was on back-order just like another costumer had experienced. Every time I called I spoke with only two people by the names of "Ted" and "Serge." I swear they are the only two people that work there. There are vague, and DO NOT follow through with anything they tell you. I eventually canceled my order and bought else where. Reported and disputed them to my credit card company who STILL hasn't gotten a refund back after a week. I'm sorry but it does NOT take a week to refund a customer. DO NOT buy from them.
