Please Stay Away
Not at all customer friendly company. I liked their range of furniture on their website and hence ordered furniture worth £399.99 which included side tables, nest of tables, stools etc.
Upon delivery courier company delivered almost 8-12 boxes and took the signature and went off. I started assembling my furniture after 21 days as I had moved to new house. When opening these boxes I realised one item is damaged and one item is missing. When I contacted their customer centre they declined from any compensation as I reported my loss after 21 days and for damage they said as you have already assembled we cannot cover your damage also.
When I told them I am within 30 days and I can go to claims court for these loss they shoed their willingness for sending the damaged part but still not willing to send the missing part. I have replied them saying its impossible to verify all the items beofre signing the courier receipt as it was 8-12 boxes and courier company did no carry any detailed invoice. They took the signature for the whole consignment and went off. Courier people do not have that much time for customer to wait and customer can open and verify each item. Also their boxes do not contain the same product details that I have on invoice so its impossible to verify the delivery before opening.
Other things is the qulaity of the furniture is not very good, 2 side tables are shakey whetever tight assembly you do. I would say better go to other brands who are more interested in repeat business instead of such online company who are just looking for one off business.

Thanks for your reply. Under consumer rights I can have any type of query within 30 days. You should be able to query your courier company as I have reported my loss with in stipulated time.
Please note -
# The proof of delivery is for the whole consignment and not against each item.
# Your courier company did not carry any detailed invoice detailing each item they are delivering.
# The number of boxes do not tally with the number of items I had ordered so even counting boxes on delivery couldn't have confirmed that everything is delivered. e.g. One item nest of table is delivered in 3 different boxes.
# The item name in the order details do not match with the details on the box so without opening all the boxes in front of courier man it cannot be verified if everything is getting delivered. And opening each and every box before signing the courier receipt is not convenient and practical.
All above points states that there is no way custom can verify if everything is delivered specially when there are multiple items in the order. If you are not willing to send the missing item, I will be pursuing court claim based on above points which will waste my and possibly your time too.
About damaged -
The silver color plate on the bottom of yellow table is damaged so if possible you can send that otherwise I can live with that damage but I am more concerned about my loss.

Disgusting Company | Terrible Business Ethics And Aftersales
We ordered the DOS TV Stand in black high gloss and when it arrived it was only half delivered with numerous pieces missing, but this is only the start of the big issue. The main problem is that the item grossly does not match the item description on the website. It states there is high gloss components that are evidently just matte black. Upon being mislead we opened a ticket notifying them of the missing parts and the misleading description and requested a full refund. They said they would take the goods back in full (despite us telling them lots of pieces were missing) and that we must pay 25% of the items total price to have it shipped back to them (£80). They also denied any misleading description despite me having the item in front of me.
After 8 voice-mails and 4 emails we finally got through with an email that was around a 1000 words long with a word document with pictures attached describing every single misleading description to the tee comprehensively. Despite the irrefutable evidence and the fact they clearly didn't read our email they just didnt acknowledge it and asked us to pay again despite there Terms and conditions stating they pay for the pickup! in the meantime we have raised a case with trading standards, reported them to watchdog, and I post on there fb page regularly (which they remove constantly) as well as putting a claim in to paypal to retrieve my funds.
Well.....after emailing back stating they clearly havent acknowledged the irrefutible evidence they then said they refuse to support the problem further because I have made a paypal claim, even though this could be resolved and I can close the case manually.
Quite frankly I have caught the rat by the tail and its squealing, finding every dark corner to hide in so it can take my hard earned cash and not own up to its own mistakes. I hope you enjoy having the funds pulled out of your business by force by paypal, because unlike your business that practices terrible ethics and aftercare, many people see things differently, the item is waiting for you here to pick up you baseless wastes of time.
How on earth do people at furniture in fashion get up and go to work in the morning when they know they provide such a bad service. Businesses like yours won't last long and I'm going to make every effort to have your name smeared through social media and word of mouth. Good job F and F the worst business of the year award goes to you!

Funny that I sent a ticket today with this review site linked and referenced my own review......then an hour later they post this, denying all accountability. 100230 ticket number #5353, #5590, #5617 and #5623 look it up......you aren't discrediting this review. You people truly are the lowest of the low, and the best bit is that you think you are being crafty about it, but I catch you out every single dam time.
Have you not learned by now, I've caught you out at every single term, with paypal, trading standards a fraud report and now a money claim online due to your refusal to reimburse my courier costs because of an item not matching a description. Learn.

Sydney Cabinet.
A very good website, lead us to look at the cabinet we selected. A large and diverse product range with good pictures and easy navigation, allowed us to select what we wanted. Ordering and purchasing on the sight was also very easy and the logistics company used to deliver the item was quick and professional. The product itself, the Sydney Cabinet, is very good. It was fairly easy to construct from the flat pack, it is very sturdy and the high gloss white finish is superb. It is large and has plenty of storage, with 3 drawers and 2 shelves above this on the left, and a further 3 shelves on the right, both sets of shelves are behind very nicely finished doors. The unit has no handles, just an angle top to the drawers and doors, which allows you to open them, this enhances the look of the cabinet as it's all high gloss white. All in all very happy with this purchase and the product.

Poor After Sales Support
The Tavola5 TV Stand that I purchased had a panel missing (this can happen), so I used the Ticket system (5303) to inform the company about this. The problem is, this is a one way communication system and you cannot email a reply or speak to their customer services to resolve the problem. I have left my mobile number and asked them to call but they did not. they say they will send the missing panel but do not give any timescale for this and say that's this is a final confirmation and no further claims can be made about this. How can this be when they have not resolved the problem, which I informed them of on the 9th April 2015. If you want a decent level of after sales support, DO NOT use this company.
While I agree that you have sent the missing part. I will not remove the review as it is an honest impression of the service I received. It was interesting that it was only after I left the complaint that you then contacted me with and email that I could respond to and therefore have a two way email conversation with your company.
Please do not contact me about this review again. rather consider how your company might prevent similar feedback by changing you ticketing system.

As Described And Fast Delivery
I bought two coffee tables: The Sirius Black Glass Top Nest of Tables In Walnut and a Iva Coffee Tables In Walnut And Black Gloss.
Both of them are beautiful and as described on the website. Both are of high quality and in my opinion relatively easy to assemble (the nested tables are easier).
The Iva coffee table would be easier to assemble with the help of a second pair of hands, as each table top needs to fit on top of the other and they are a little awkward, heavy and tend to rotate. So either a second pair of hands or use the polystyrene in the box to help you stop them from swivelling around.
I am not particularly strong, however I did it all on my own without the need for any manly input :-).
I would not recommend these tables if you have little ones, due to the glass in the nested tables and the fact that the Iva coffee table swings around too freely.

Been looking for white storage cupboard this size for 18 months was beginning to think would have to have one made but this is perfect. Was £246 reduced to £89 then given extra 15%off so amazing value. Unit is sturdy and heavier than expected with 2 shelves rather than just 1 and both fully adjustable. For once on flatpack all parts needed were present and though instructions not in english the illustrations were exceptionally clear and easy to follow. Looked even better than the photos and very good value for the price paid (although if it had still been £246 would not have been so impressed maybe) fantastic delivery fast and well packed with contact via email throughout to confirm what stage order was at and when it was out for delivery. Message even available when driver was only 1 delivery away from mine. Nice to deal with an efficient company that does what they promise and does so efficiently. Perfect THANKS

Ordered an office desk, looked good on the website and even better once assembled. The ordering process was nice and easy, I received a phone call confirming a delivery to check is was convenient and the desk arrived on time. Instructions for assembly were easy and not even and bits left over like I usually get with flat pack. Even with my skills assembling the desk, diy is nota strong point, the desk is sturdy and looks great. Overall very happy with furniture in fashion and would buy from them again.

I have refused delivery of a table due to when the delivery men brought this and opened the box to check that it was okay. It was not as described and covered in what was a plastic coating over the base of the table and the plastic coating had bubbled. It was described as oak wood so I refused delivery due to the very poor finish of this table. I paid £249.95 and after phoning the company before the delivery men left I was told just for me to refuse delivery when furniture in fashion receive the goods back I was told I would get a full refund which I have just receive only £177. What do I do next? Please could you help?
Oh dear, this company are awful. I have yet to see one satisfied person that has dealt with them. You should get a full refund & then stay a million miles away from them. If there is a delivery cost then I expect you won't ever see the return of that, but the exact amount of the table should be refunded. If you have been given reduced amount you must keep on at them, to the point of exhaustion as they seem to respond (eventually) to those that shout the loudest. I was virtually harassing them in the end, not for a large amount but it was the principal. They will work your last nerve but do not give up, get your full refund. Horrific company. I've seen there premises, it's a warehouse. Not sure they have sales people in the conventional sense. They're an online rip off merchant. Took CCJ to get a refund that they said 6 times that they'd paid. Stay away.
Has anyone managed to get their money back from this company? I have been waiting for 9 weeks for 2 replacement parts.
Yes, took me a couple of months, lots of phone calls to credit card companies, sending of letters but eventually they came and collected the rubbish i was delivered.
Even the delivery guys said i was lucky to get it picked up, they even said they don't like giving money back.
Trading standards already know about them but they keep getting away with it.
If there's one thing i have learnt from this its this.. always pay with a credit card online!!
