its been a disaster tbh, and badly managed UTTERLY !

bought a 2-3 person bench in the sale, got it home and started trying to construct it, then noticed on page 1 that the maximum weight it will bear is 100 KG ! if the average UK person is approx 75KG then it can only hold 1 and a third people !!

rang customer services for advice and they have sent a query to the manufacturer but as yet nearly 2 weeks later no response about that

I then have started to examine the pieces and realised that the person I dealt with who did the quality control of batch 12382 missed a lot, out of 15 screws only 8 holes were in the right place, 4 with a bit of firce you could just about get in and 3 were hopeless. however one of ther legs was made completely upside down so holes were on the leg and not the top where it connected with the bench.

rang customer service as was advised a new part would be dispatched and be with me within 24/48 hours. …. I was told that consecutively over more than a week with at least 9 different calls to customer services (NB if they have a lot of complaints the calls will overspill to people in stores who can in effect do naff all except read the notes and then try to ring the people you were trying to get through to themselves, however they don't follow up or call you back, at one point a manager promised to call me back in an hour, I finally called back the next day and was told he had gone down to the warehouse and posted it himself, however the day after that it still hadn't arrived and I rang again to find it hadn't been sent at all … my particular favourite was when I got a call at 9.05 from a branch in the south of England because there was a note in the system to call me but they had absolutely no new information and couldn't tell me anything at all, so then they wondered why I reacted badly to a call coming from a company who didn't know why they were calling me 'except there was a note to call you'

they finally have dispatched a part but sent it with a courier that doesn't deliver on Saturdays so now its going to be a chase across the country to get them to send it to somewhere I collect from, for bench with a really low build quality that can only seat 3 very light people

The member of staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and great customer service. Would recommend the store and staff to family and friends. I would alsodefinitely recommend the products Dwell sell to family and friends. The style, quality and prices are fantastic. Dwell does unusual styles and when my friends and family see the products I buy they cannot believe I have not paid a lot more. I love looking on Dwell’s website to see what new styles they have in store. I like it when I have gone into the store and if it is not in stock your staff put me on a mailing list to let me know when I can buy it.

Excellent Product

We are thrilled with our Dwell furniture. It’s very well made and looks really impressive in our lounge. It all arrived on time and was superbly packed. Excellent value for the money.

Never Recommend This Brand To Anyone.

It is over priced at the first point. The design is very poor. Ordered a right arm soft but turned up a left arm one and Dwell insisted this is the way it should be. Ordered a shoe cupboard and turned up a completely faulty product which can't be used at all after whole day assembling it. Initially sales person told me no need to assemble apart from 4 legs. It must be a joke. Poor services, no explanations and never make customer happy.

We were very happy that Dwell were prepared to replace a beautiful silver sheepskin rug we bought in April that faded to green as a result of exposure to direct sunlight.

The service was excellent. The staff who served me done a marvellous job and even the

Manager was so accommodating but unfortunately the item I ordered don’t fit in our flat and it was returned . They offer me other style but the color I like was not available .i found one in another company which they will assemble inside our flat ., and the future I will consider dwell again .thankd

Neat Little Cupboard

Perfect cupboard for shoes,! Fits beautifully in our downstairs cloakroom and works amazingly. Just enough room for 6 pairs of shoes and plenty of space for the large pairs.

Fantastic Customer Service

I ordered a replacement bar stool for one we had broken. I was very pleased to see that the product was reduced by £50. However I didn’t realise that delivery was £49 or free to store as when previously ordering the delivery was £5.95. I called the next day and spoke to a lady in customer services ( sorry I forgot her name ) who was extremely helpful. She amended the order to be delivered to a store and arranged a refund of £49 back to our credit card. The store phoned the next day to confirm the stool had been delivered and was waiting for collection. Great customer service - one very happy customer! Thank you

Shoddy,faulty,damaged

Extremely expensive for a damaged,faulty and inferior product.

Still charged for delivery even though the product had to be returned.
