Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service, very unhelpful. When I arrived after driving 40 min, lady in charge did not let me park in the customer car parking and suggested me to park elsewhere.

Dodgy Transaction

I was invoiced higher than the promised/quoted amount, then I had to ask for a refund. They hold your money for 21 days. Dodgy transaction being reported.

We placed an order on the 01/12/2022. Jaspal the Sales person at New Malden Branch was very helpful and polite.

Our delivery is due Approximately 12-14 weeks from 1st December.

We will know in due course whether the delivery is on time and the quality of the sofas.

Still Waiting For Sofas After 7 Months

Cannot believe it’s been 7 months since we’ve ordered our sofas from HOM Concept and we’ve still not received it! Rang after the first 8 weeks to get an ETA on our sofa and was told to ring back beginning of the following month, rang again and they told us our delivery was delayed from Turkey and that they would be despatched from turkey soon and would be in contact with us when they are ready for delivery. Still no contact from them so we rang again a month later and they said our sofas are at customs in the uk and that they will soon be with us by beginning of October. Again still no phone call about our delivery so again called them but no answer and was a message saying that this number is currently not available. Went to the store only to find out that the store has been closed since October 18th. No communication was given to us in writing or email to say that they will be closing or about our order. We spent hours on the phone trying to get in contact with them and ended up being charged over £1000. This is a complete joke! Horrific customer service and in return not even received our products for what we have paid! £4000 we have lost in this and will never be trusting a Turkish company ever!!!

They Should Not Be Allowed To Trade Under Any Name

Placed order and paid deposit in April, still not received the goods. Very disappointing!! They should be reported to the trading standards. Not too sure if deposit will be returned.

This company lost me £7,000. I am yet to receive my orders since 2017. From one story to another until they finally changed their company name. I think the best thing is for us all to come together,arrange a lawyer to help us in pursuit of our case.

I'm in a similar situation to most people in this forum. Has anybody looked into taking legal action? Otherwise, I'd agree that we need to become a group and take legal action together. Hom concept are now not answering phones.

We ordered from this company on 22 december2018 4 piece set at £2650 paid £1150 advance payment we were promissed the furniture would be with us in 7 weeks if not by 12 weeks we are in the 22 Nd week still no sign of our furniture and we just foundout they ve changed their company name in UK and the actual people who sold us the furniture were not helpful at all and we are not sure when we are getting our furniture after 22 weeks we are still being told our furniture is waiting at the port to be loaded in to a container a kid this company avoid their new company as well which is UK hom

Avoid This Company!! Also Hom Concept

Don’t buy anything from this company, I bought 3 seater and 2 seater Feb 2019,I was told my items would arrive in 2-3 months. It's been over 4 months now and apparently it's 'waiting to be shipped'.

They’re now changing their name to HOM CONSEPT. Constantly contact details are changing. No REFUND at all. Worse company ever!
