No Show On Delivery Day

Ordered royal orthro divan bed with 2 drawers ,rang the order in and requested 2 man drop off ,very helpful on phone ,ordered Wednesday for Friday delivery ,received email with confirmation order and tracking number .Friday came stayed n all day ,no bed ,tried to track the delivery ,no luck ,no number for helpline or delivery carrier .I sent 4 emails over the weekend ,no reply ,Monday came still no reply nothing ,no communication at all !!Tuesday got a phone all saying the bed would be delivered Wednesday and they apologise for delay and that was that .I am impressed with quality of the bed but I'm afaird the very poor customer service and communication to me as a customer and no reply to emails I'm afraid that I would not recommend you ,would be a good idea for you to address poor customer service and communication and the carriers you use who take a week to deliver a bed .

I ordered a bed saturday they said it would be delivered tuesday no bed phoned said only 2 parts at depot will get it wed no bed still at depot phined thursday no bed still phoned friday no bed then depot phoned for delivery saturday a week after still no bed so anyone who reads this do not buy from these people they feed you a load of rubbish just to keep you quiet 8 days now still no bed tgey advertise next day delivery mire like next month

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FIRM OR WORLDBEDS THEY ALSO TRADE UNDER

Wish I read these reviews before buying a bed from this company. Ordered a double divan and headboard in November 2014 for delivery the following week. The first time the couriers came (5/12/14) they only delivered the headboard. Arranged to come the following Fri 12/12/14. After waiting in all day again the bed finally arrived late in the afternoon. When I unwrapped it the divan base was damaged. Phoned customer service who said that they could rearrange for the bed to come the following Tuesday 16th. Courier was told to phone before delivery as I had to get home from work to let them in. They didn't and of course tried to deliver when I wasn't there! Had to ring again to rearrange a fourth delivery for the Friday. Got an email so say that they were going to deliver on Wed 17th. I had to ring again to say I wouldn't be there so please deliver as previously arranged on the Fri 19th. On the Friday I waited in all day again. I didn't have an email or text to confirm when they were coming and phone a further three times during the day trying to find out what was happening! Appalling service. The courier finally at 7.00pm that night. The courier also had to collect the old divan base. Whilst carrying in the new base, there was a clunking noise. The courier opened the boxes to find out that the drawer in the divan base was in bits! I was in distress. I needed the bed as my mother was coming to stay for Christmas and we had removed the old bed. The courier decided to swap the drawer from the other damaged divan and replace it in the new divan. I finally got the bed put into the room where I looked at it. The material is so thin you can see the wood of the divan base through it. The customer service person said that I would get some compensation for the appalling service that I received but guess what? Nothing has been forthcoming. I would not use these company or the courier they used again and I would stress to anyone who is looking to buy a bed please do not use this company. They use shoddy material and their service is appalling. I would have cancelled and used a different company if I had known how bad they were!

No Bed!

Delivery due 16.1.15, no delivery, tracker stated with carrier, when tracked hadn't arrived with carrier, finally arrived with carrier, (according to tracker) 16.11.so wasn't with carrier at all??

Anyway rung at 18.00 no customer srvices, sales only, said they were probably running late, and delivered until 20.00, despite us being given delivery time of 8.00-18.00???

Rang Saturday 9.00 no customer services until 9.00 Monday, sales team cannot do anything to help, cant process refund so we could go elsewhere to purchase a bed, that had to be done by customer services, who were not there till Monday.

My daughter had got rid of her broken bed the previous day, to make way for the new one, she has had to borrow a double mattress to sleep on the floor until this is resolved!!

My daughter is 29 years old, what if it had been my 76 year old mother, would she have had to sleep on the floor, or move out for the duration of the time it is going to take us to resolve this???

We are all now at work until the end of next week, so it will be another week before we can accept delivery, if it should turn up??

Not to mention the day wasted waiting for a delivery that never left the depot!!!

Dreadful service will never use again, will be asking customer services for a refund on Monday and will be going back to Dreams, should have done that in the first place!!

Single Divan With Drawers

Cheap divan base, material pulled when putting handles on drawers, drawers don't close properly, ordered duvets & headboard which didn't get delivered with no explanation of where they were. Glad we upgraded the mattresses to quality silent night ones. Buy cheap, buy twice!

Horrid Customer Service

Ordered what I thought was a 3/4 mattress but when it arrived I realised I'd made a mistake Was organising return (I noted when I ordered a 7 day no quibble return service) and was informed that it would cost me £40.00 and there was no alternative, I could not organise an independent return Think this price is over the top for a very light mattress

As Bad As It Gets

Late delivery.

The bed arrived damaged.

Totally unable to contact their customer support.

Waiting for more than 40 mins just to get through to the helpline they publish, which turns out to be the courier and not the seller.

Avoid this company like plague!

Delivered As Promised

What a stress! After ordering THEN reading these reviews I was panicking like mad, especially as I am due to go on holiday tomorrow (the day after the delivery date for our beds). I emailed the company yesterday and had a prompt,if slightly vague, reply and my blood pressure increased further. However, here it is, as promised, my sons new bed. It is well packaged and I received a pre-delivery text, as promised, and it came within the ETA. Needless to say I am extremely happy. It would be less daunting if it was easier to track the delivery, as the tracking wasn't working on the website, and I didn't know the courier being used.

Worst Service Ever...

How I wish I read these reviews. Do not deal with this company, they lure you in with cheap prices... But inevitability you get what you pay for. We waited 6 working days for a next day delivery and each day was put on hold for 45 mins to get through to their customer services line. In the end the bed was delivered dirty and items were delivered separately. I was offered a meager refund which does not come anywhere close to the time I have wasted on this sorry affair. They have offered to replace the bed, but I will not spend another 6 days waiting for this to happen. Do not trust this company. I have only rated them 1 star as I have to give them a score!
