Very Suspect Company - Beware!
Shocking service right from the start. I had arranged a day for measuring. I was given a noon-5pm time slot, so I made sure I was at home. I was told I'd get a one hour heads-up (a phone call one hour prior). It was 4.50pm and still nothing. So I called them. They didn't even apologise. The man, who sounded bored, said to wait and expect a call. At 6.15 I got a call from someone else. He said he can come now, so I said ok. He arrived at 6.45, meaning I didn't need to have spent my afternoon waiting. What a waste.
After the measuring, he said I'd receive a quote the next day. No one got in touch. No quote. I chased them up on the quote days later. I received the quote in the body of an email. It was the most pathetic thing I'd ever seen. No information at all.
I had asked the measurer for measurements for 4 windows, with prices. The purpose of this was that I wanted blinds for two of them, and then, if that didn't block enough light, I'd get the other two as well. What I got was prices for 5 windows, and… that's it! I didn't know which price represented which window.
I asked repeatedly for a proper quote.. just basic, simple information. But they weren't happy. I still don't know. I'm still waiting, and it's been two months now.
I also wanted a repair to an existing blind. It was a small part that needed replacing, and this was the company that had installed it prior to my moving in. They said they can send the part to me in the post. I thought, this is nice! Francesca took down my address. (Why she did this I don't know, as they already have my address, but if it saved her time, fair enough). So the next day I got excited.. checked my post.. nothing. And the next, and the next. I called them, asking what's going on, and spoke to a man who claimed it had nothing to do with him, and that he doesn't have to deal with this. But that he'd give Francesca a message, and she'd call me in the morning. In the days that followed, no call. I called again, and got the man again. He said why do I keep calling when Francesca is out. So much for friendly service. I asked him again what is going on, and he replied Francesca doesn't call people back - she's too busy! Ok, so why then did he fob me off the last time? He suggested I could come into the shop. So I did. I came a few minutes before closing time… and it was closed! It was the recent very hot day, and I suspect the man wanted to finish early and enjoy himself. I wasted one and a half hours for that visit.
I email them, but they do not reply. Then one day I got an email from the owner, Bernice. She seemed nicer than the others, and apologised. But this was less sincere than I initially thought. She claimed to look into matters, and revealed that there had been a misunderstanding, and that Francesca never agreed to send anything. Wow. So why did she take my address, and say the words 'I'm sending it'? Did she want to make a personal visit to my address? That was a clear lie, and everybody knew it. Bernice then indicated the part would be delivered or sent. I waited and waited, but nothing.
Currently I have received nothing from them, not even apologies or explanations. They are the absolute worst company I have ever come across, in any field.
Rude, inconsiderate, lying, tardy, lazy, downright awful.

Ordered blinds 10 days before Christmas. Blinds came before Christmas even with all the snow on the ground. Opened boxes and fit blinds. Excellent quality,fit perfect. Would recommend and would use again.

Well Like A Few People On Here I Ordered Before Re
Well like a few people on here I ordered before reading any reviews and thought I was going to have a problem.
Not so!! The blind I ordered was delivered within 7 working days,I was able to change the delivery address to my work by email. The blind arrive in perfect condition, perfect size and the on-line fitting instructions were good.
I also asked for two samples last week for a vertical blind and these arrived within 3 days.
Based on my experience I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to others.

After Reading These Reviews Just After Ordering A
After reading these reviews just after ordering a blind from this company i was left in serious doubt as to whether id actually recieve my blind. I thought like the majority that i would have a number of problems or a faulty blind. My blind was ordered two weeks ago and it arrived this morning. I have to say im shocked that my blind is in excellent condition and it is now fitted.
Even though my blind is perfectly fine i will not be ordering from this company again as i have a funny feeling ive just been incredibly lucky
Although I have used this company for my father's flat and ordered 7 vertical blinds which the company measured up and fitted for a cash price of £800 in 2011, I used them for my flat for 6 roller blinds over a year ago. Out of the total order only 3 fit. The others were sent back to be slightly altered by the fitter. There were also problems with the material match up which the company wanted me to accept. I've paid upfront the deposit requested in good faith but I have been given the run around several times. Dates were agreed for the remainder of the order but they just did not turn up. Despite writing and phoning the company the service and customer care is dire. Agree with some of the reviews if you dare to complain Bernice is not a happy bunny. This matter will now go through the small claims court and the company have been notified. Unfortunate really as this is repeat custom for them but they do not seem to value or care. Such a shame really that they lie and make excuses for not ringing back like they say they would.
I'd agree with the fact that you have been incredibly lucky. There are two ladies who you deal with and one of them is very polite and customer friendly and the other one will bite your head off if you speak a word of complaint.
I've never had to make 3-4 phone calls in a day just to order one blind and its been over 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting.
Highly unprofessional and in this day and age of communication, they will claim they couldn't reach you to let you know of the issues with your order and hence just sat on it till you rang them !
After looking at these reviews myself I have to say that we do not look to good, but from what I have read some customer have written on the incorrect review page and others are complaining about the delivery service. After reading the reviews about the delivery service I can say that I will be looking for another company to do this for us. I can honestly say that the service you have received is the usual service that we offer, please do not be scared off by some of these reviews, thank you for your honesty and if you email me at [email protected] I will send you a discount code for your next order.
