I'd ordered from Westcoastskin for several times with no problem, but in my last order they sent me the wrong item. They ignored my pleas to correct the problem. I can understand an "all orders are final policy," but not if the merchant is responsible for the mistake! It's fraud, plain and simple.

I order at the beginning of every summer my stock of Anthelios sunscreen. Westcoastskin.com has been a great place to get lower priced skin care products!! I have had no problems in the past few years dealing with them. They always arrive on time with great customer service when i do call them. Use this site - they have some great department store brand skin care products!

I've used WestCoastSkin for years and always quickly received the great products I've ordered. At those prices, why would you shop anywhere else?

Unless you want a lot of headaches do not order from this website. I placed my order in August and did not receive until December. They never contacted me first with updates I had to initiate the contact. When I got the product I got 1/2 a jar and paid for a full jar. I complained and have yet to hear from them and it is now the end of March.

Bait and Switch! I ordered Sunscreen from West Coast Skin (www.westcoastskin.com) and was told shipping would be $5. They charged my card then days later they told me I would have to pay an additional $15 to ship the order!! I said that's fraudulent to try to tack on extra fees after the sale and told them to send my order according to the terms aggreed upon. They refused to budge and I ended up canceling the order. I will never give them my business again and I see from other reviews that I'm not alone. Buyers beware!

I absolutely was NOT impressed by West Coast Skin when placing an order their drop down menu had several products and inadvertently I selected the incorrect one. I called immediately to see how to return the product that I could not use. I was told someone would call me back. That didn't happen. I was finally told the second day after I initiated further contact via email to call the number AGAIN. I was then informed all sales are final... it wasn't a damaged product so I was stuck with it. I will never purchase from this company again. I had not opened, damaged or done anything to the product I should be able to return it if it is NOT what I wanted.

I placed my order with WestCoastSkin on 9/30/08. It was supposedly shipped on 10/01/08. It is now 10/22/08 and I haven't received my package yet. They sent the order through the postal service so they don't put tracking numbers on orders. If you don't receive your package after 10 business days, they'll contact the postal service to put a trace on the package, which then takes 4+ days to hear back from the postal service. At this rate, I'll be lucky if I get my package before the end of the month.

WestCoastSkin offer great prices, and they will beat anyone else by 125%.

The prices at WestCoastSkin can seem cheap, but they sent the wrong products, and then they didn't accept their mistake.
