Poor Customer Service
Order previously with no issue. Have an order on "pending" status for over a month now - no reply to emails, messages and they are not picking up their phone. I have referred the matter to our consumer affairs authority and will not be ordering again form this company. They have, of course, taken the money form my account :/

I placed an order,been told it is out of stock. I
sent message 3 times to cancel this order,but they still dipatched after 14 days. After received it, I asked to refund twice and been refused. The product is almost expired as well.Really bad experience,never buy anything again

Order Damaged - No Reply To Emails
My order was damaged by the courier company and destroyed which is clearly displayed on the tracking - several emails to vit-shop and nothing in reply - horrific cutomer services - had to take out a paypal dispute to get my money back

STILL AWAITING REPLY TO MY E MAILS REGARDING AN ORDER THAT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE - THE PICTURE FROM DPD DELIVERY WAS OF THE DRIVE/DOORWAY OF THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR!! WHICH IS EMPTY - GOODS WERE OBVIOUSLY STOLEN FROM THE PLACE WHERE THEY WERE LEFT

Ordered products 27 Sep, when they hadn't come in a month, I sent two emails with no reply, so eventually called them to be told products were out of stock. The counter had shown they had lots in stock and I wasn't informed so thought order was lost in the post. Said they would reorder and send the products. Finally told me today,12 November, after I emailed them again that they would not be fulfilling my order. Will see how long it takes to refund - definitely do not recommend.

I've Never Received My Order!
I placed an order and after 1 month and several e-mails with no reply, I still have to receive it!
Today I tried to contact them sicen I've never received an answer, but filling the form on their website I found out that I'm blocked!! They have stolen money!

I placed an order for Organic Tulsi Tea and received it within 3 days. I am happy with the product, which is exactly what I ordered. Very happy about such a quick delivery and even happier about the great price!

I ordered from this website on Saturday 10th of January. Paid for priority delivery and by Wednesday I still hadn't recieved my items. Emailed the company who then informed me that my order would arrive on Thursday and they would refund the difference of 75p for the inconvenience. Completely unacceptable and will not be using them in future. I have since discovered Amazon sell the same products and will in future order from them.

The order arrived promptly, however 2 products were damaged( dented can of food) and tey would refuse to refund the money alleging food would still be ok. Very cynical on their response email to my complain.

Hi,
the customer contacted us in regards to a couple of dents in two cans of food they had recently received from an order they had placed on our website. We asked them to provide an image of the damage, they kindly sent us an image of the dents.
The images we received barely showed any damage, we acknowledged that there was evidence of a very slight dent towards the middle of the cans but the impact had not been strong enough to pierce the can and they would not hamper any attempt to open the can from the top. The contents of the cans would have been fine to consume, however we understood that given the choice the customer would not perhaps choose these cans if picking them from a shelf in the supermarket so we offered to either send x2 replacements on their next order or issue 50% off the price of the x2 dented cans. the customer choose the 50% off which we refunded the same day.
The customer informed us that they would not be consuming the cans which we felt was a complete waste of the produce and we provided our opinion on this decision trying to persuade them not to just throw away the perfectly good produce inside.
We consider ourselves to be very fair and generous when damages are reported, we feel as though the customer service we provided on this issue was both fair and reasonable.
